B
There is veracity in our vernacular,
Rhythm in our rhetorics,
This power that I speak of,
Lies only with the poets.
For all of you lovely people, the world needs more of you!
"But whether it's good or bad, criticism is necessary."

Grow up
Give me a reason or a cause
Not much to offer
But plenty to gain after you fall
I bring back memories you didn’t think were fair
The type to lie but tell the truth hidden in a form of a BUYER BEWARE
Can’t seem to grasp what you lack
A stockpile of numbers with no real value to add
i'm still half a page short.
this essay is pointless
there is no fluff left to write

the cursor sits there- it
mocks me.
this isn't helping either
It is hard to cling to the belief
That I can be absolutely happy
When the reality of being partly happy
Is much more familiar
And attainable

Experiencing a partial life
A mix of frustrations
Groans and sighs
Half baked 'if onlys'
Is easier to achieve
Than a life of absolute happiness

If you do the things you love
It is hard to go wrong

If you return to the things you love
That makes you feel...good

It makes you feel
Alive

Salt water tears streaming down my face
Pure as the holy water
From the day that you were baptized
I long for your touch like a family reunion.
Once you understand the eye language,
You'll keep your eyes for yourself.
