Beauty
        comes
                at
                  Midnight
                         as
                           hopes
                                 and
                                     dreams
                                              take
                                             flight
                                       peaceful
                                 feelings
                                      of
                              safety
                          and
                      love

you love me like a mother loves a child
but i only love you like a monkey loves a banana

i'm so scared i can't even take this seriously
recent events.

teeth and scissors
slicing and grinding--designing
downfalls of detritus
deemed gross by us
stamped and sealed in blood
the typical shumck
undone

beatin' a beat on bones
breakin' skulls and ****
bemoan piteous tales of sorrow
wish it was different--don't
it's not
and it's nevermore

backroad backstories
backtrack to simple dreams
crushed inevitably by
me
by you
by this boulder in cosmic
volumes of nothing
n o t h i n g

so beat
or be beat
break so you don't
breakdown on the downbeat
beatdown downtown
the show of the modern world
with smog and **** background
ground down into

our raw, exposed blend of horrible

It's (nothing)

personal.

clear as the empty sky
and deeper than the soul of mankind
all
the.
way..
down...

fathoming further than soundwaves
reach their molecular-minuscule hands
into the bluest abyss
below
so far below

but nothing grows
not in holy-bleached waters
baptized in plasma extracted
from our darkest hearts
invisible ink
leaving writing in the sand

walls between
underwater things and we
kings of the continent
shattered like
so much broken glass
ground and tumbled into
beads for our children to
choke on

drowning in empty seas
reaching, never believing
it could happen to us
burning acid dreams
diluted to seem
clear as can be
but we still can't see

the water we drink stinks...

rotten fish/rotten flesh
polluted streams/polluted seas
waste/wasted

death death death
drown drown
down

going.
going...

undone by recycled demon-dreams
money for destroying everything
profit on the apocolypse
prophetically pathetic

(we deserve to drink these sins 'til we drop into the nothing we created)
We bleed our ignorance clearly.
You  cut  me
    But I'm not mad
You  stabbed  me
    Who can blame you
You  shot  me
    But really it's my fault
You  hung  me
    As I am dying
You  pushed  me
    I realize
You  poisoned  me
    I gave you my trust
You  crushed  me
    And you used it to
****  me

A savage storm was brooding
Right up inside my head
Winds were sadly slowly forming, yet
A word was never said

And when the weather matter gathered,
Unleashing fatal form
Drowning out my considerable existence
An eternal mighty storm!

Sodden skin and sunken soul,
My tangible testimony
Combat battle with myself
Was dragged out and lonely

Suddenly winds ceased to blow
Alleviated, parched—my soul;
The eye was fleeting, this I knew,
Dread to penetrate the whole

And then I saw the sunrise,
A pleasantly different form
In the context of epic battle
With my cerebral storm
The first poem I ever wrote (16)

All it took
Was that one night

The texts one sent
The tears the other wept
Two broken hearts
In love

But never to love again

Too many arguments
And disagreements
To stay together
But
They were in love

So when they split
They vowed
To never do that to themselves
Ever again

Because
It takes no love
To keep yourself from becoming
Ignorant enough to fall in love
In the first place

Love is broken
love is a toy
love is brand new for only an hour

the clean smell,
the satisfying gleam,
the fresh feel,
all turn to nothing.

Dust,
it inhabits the heart,
circulating through our constant pulsing veins
In vain,
we try to renew it,
we try to misconstrue
It.

The game we play,
with our toy,
the hearts we break
with its false joy.
Thats what love is.

A commercialized tool,
that makes us consume
makes us lust;
For another fresh heart to bust.

It's frightening,
When someone you loved becomes unfamiliar to you,
Someone you spent precious memories with,
You told your deepest of secrets,
Shared your raw self to,

It's painful,
When you look at someone you once loved,
Who you thought countless hours about,
Gave all you had to offer,
More than you should have,

It's killing,
When someone you once loved,
Says they love you no more,
When they love someone other than you,
When you become strangers again.
