My anxieties mimic a droplet
Dripping into calm pond waters
Starting at first small,
But rippling and
Growing bigger...
And bigger...
And bigger.

I am worthless
Leave me be
Festering,
With ****** shame
No radiance
Only a light that burns
The White Heat
Slowly,
Choking me.
Welcome
To this world of hurt
SPIT YOUR ASHES IN THE DIRT.

There's still an empty space
          where there should be a heart
From all the words you used,
                 hoping to tear me apart

           in the back of my spine
