The light cut the dark like a steel bladed razor
Straight through the vain, straight to the heart of it
The truth has such a savory flavor
Once what was hidden in the depth of the pit
Is dragged into the light
Although it can be painful and tough like denim
Like a snake bite
It might still hurt, but it will lose it's venom
So let us air out our closets
Finally give them skeletons a proper burial
You know where to make your deposit
Let us all acknowledge our pain, and give it the proper memorial
For the truth is crimson red
And it bleeds us out in the dark of night
No need to carry it to our deathbed
Just put it in the light

Through the halls footsteps clambered unearthly
Searching for those of choosing deemed unworthy.
Never did she gaze with eyes upon their moral coils
She would wait till shunned and glance upon her spoils.

No arms outstretched just entwined in a jacket of covering
Apparition of no form leaching on life, she became uncovered
To show what was beneath this jacket of soulful corroded white
Leaching forward did strands seep entangled in her blight.

Screams were silenced as strands did inhale every noise heard,
Death was warped, in a state of purgatory both were blurred.
A vessel of anger, her wrath fed others who slept in darkness,
They tormented her soulless form, a vessel of corruption incarnate.

A puppet to inhale all essence of what shone dimly bright.
But every time she glanced upon a light that was finite,
An echo remained in her now blackened gaze a tear fell
With each soul devoured a essence in her did linger, dwell.

Though she was a spirit that fell, corruption was expelled
In all droplets that descended, not all went dark some was withheld.
That which matter ascended beyond the cloths white glimmer.
Though they were consumed, a portion flew even though dimmer.

She hungered for the warmth in the recesses of her dwellings
To consume all that was uninvited, cloth is her telling
Her pain is felt through every touch consumed in her obscurity,
Depleted but hidden there still linger a tear of soulful purity.

Commuters, traffic stuck in various jams
yes we have all been there.
Exhaust fumes choking passengers
enjoying coffee in the square.
Market stalls set up
crates of fish align the pavement
cauliflowers and cabbages
blocking stairways on basements.
school children being awkward in four by fours
dominating the single traffic lane
meanwhile platform two at the station
annunces the arrival of the early train.
The departure lounge at the airport
cross legged pinstripe suits wait
eye balling the screens for the appropriate gate.
Taxis called, and then whistled for
wet, cheerful postmen frog march
to your red painted door.
The milkman has been
the bread has risen and been cooked.
Toll roads are heaving
and the motorways over-booked.
Queues for tickets, the cars have been parked
time to compose yourself from the drive
get through day with relief
and then it all starts up again at five!
A white porcelain coffee cup
she gently raises up to her lips
with a satiated look on her face;
this gift, a much awaited moment
attained by satisfying her yen
not for choicest, gourmet food alone.

Those dark droopy eyes, suggest
a luxurious languor, she does cherish,
as long as the after tremors would last.

Slyly she looks at his swollen red lips
with a crafted guilt, it gives her yet
another high, sending ripples over
her *******, his eyes do a recce on this
then go up to her lips, finds his ardor
last hour had  made them crimson all over,
throwing his head backwards he smiles at her.

I bet she tastes like strawberries, and I'm jealous that you get to savor her every time you close your eyes.

Was touched by a witch.
Clawed at me while in her mouth,
but didn't draw blood.

Music in my head
too loud for a simple pain,
I'm begging for more.

Grabbing her wrists and
placing them where It's painful,
and nodding gently.

"More. Please, more.", I sigh.
She laughs, or giggles, I think.
Pleasure spiked with pain.

Yeah... she enjoys this.
Pure energy on her tongue.
Electricity.
