the wind feels
in the dark;
different and breathless

or the light
that bounces off of the
wet streets;
blurry and reckless

regardless,
midnight is the only time
that she gets in her car
and allows herself
a dose of tears, a drop of laughter

because feeling
is a little easier
in a private metal death chamber
surrounded by
broken beauties and unfulfilled dreams

when there is no point b

is just a fragmented memory

the snow lays thick

atop the dirt

frozen wastelands

ruined earth

when
will it be
okay

to be human?

will skin be

beautiful?

be able to

breathe?

humans
are so tangible

like paper
we burn
and rip
and if we get wet,
we get soaked

like paper
we come
in colours

but those colours
make paper more beautiful

wouldnt it be good if everything was glad
always very happy and never ever sad
wouldnt it be good if every single day  
we could be so happy always bright and gay.

never have to worry about the things ahead
have a lot gladness in your life instead
never any tears running down your face
just a lot of happiness  in this happy place.

wouldnt it be good if all of this came true
happiness for everyone just like me and you.

I decided not to fall in love again
Until I fall for myself.
