Solitary creature in the Wilderness
Scared of even those of your own Kind
Staying out of reach of those too Curious
Singing out at night your haunting Cry

Is there some great secret that you Know about
Try to keep the mystery you Must
Deep and sacred knowledge you would Show about
If only there were someone you could Trust

Can I tame them? Should I try?
Do they know the reason why
I Felt as though my heart could break
All for a common rose's sake

when Someone seems Unique in all the World to me
the Reason is the Time spent making Ties
for Only with the Heart can one the Truth perceive
Essential things are Hidden from the Eyes

Have they tamed me? Did they try?
Have they shown me the reason why
I Felt as though my heart could break
All for a common rose's sake

I Looked for wisdom but I found a Friend instead
Companionship I know was meant to Be
but Even so, all good things must soon Reach an End
my Dearest friend I will no longer See

They have tamed me, them have I
and Now I know the reason why
I Felt as though my heart would break
  For Naught,
but my very own special Rose's sake

-for the Fox
Inspired by The Little Prince.

And now here is my secret,
a very simple secret:

It is only with the heart
that one can see rightly;
what is essential is
invisible to the eyes.

"There's a flower. . . I think she's tamed me"

Oh, be like the little prince, won't you?
You took me to see the stars
I didn't know then that he was up there

Its my favorite story, you told me
About a fox and rose and sheep and a little prince
So when we left each other again, I went and read your story

He was the only boy in the world for the fox
And she was the only flower in the world to him
Oh, how this is too often neglected

I am waiting for you, my little prince
Oh, won't you tame me?
We can laugh with the stars and hear the bells

Has the sheep eaten the flower or not?

"You don’t fall in love like you fall in a hole.

You fall like falling through space. It’s like you jump off your own private planet to visit someone else’s planet. And when you get there it all looks different: the flowers, the animals, the colours people wear.

It is a big surprise falling in love because you thought you had everything just right on your own planet, and that was true, in a way, but then somebody signalled to you across space and the only way you could visit was to take a giant jump. Away you go, falling into someone else’s orbit and after a while you might decide to pull your two planets together and call it home. And you can bring your dog. Or your cat. Your goldfish, hamster, collection of stones, all your odd socks. (The ones you lost, including the holes, are on the new planet you found.) And you can bring your friends to visit. And read your favourite stories to each other.

And the falling was really the big jump that you had to make to be with someone you don’t want to be without. That’s it.

P.S. You have to be brave."

I am a little prince
Living on a planet
Far too small for you to see
Here is a million stars
But a single flower
To spend all the sunsets with.

Bussinessmen and Tippler's words
They sound as I'm left by birds
With a friend to
Forever last.
And if I could make you mine
You say there's one last goodbye
For you and me
To get past.

What if I didn't care
Would the tress out-grow me?
And sheeps eat my little rose?
Being old is to count
Everything that matters
Grown-ups they're all too weird.

A lamplighter lights the fire
A man lives by his desire
A prince has tamed a fox
'cause his heart is enough.

But now I have to leave
To my little planet
I think someone there needs me.
Read the book "The Little Prince" and wrote a song about it. These are the lyrics in poem-style hehe.
