Somehow everything is the same but all that was is different,
the people, the clothes, me and then there's you.

Karmic retributions keep tilting me away from you,
but hopefully, this time we'll make something that lasts so here's to the tomorrow that's yet to come.

Consequences, repercussions have me always missing you,
I blink twice, breathe once and suddenly there's no trace of you.

I've done my best and I have no regrets,
but maybe you do,
do you perhaps regret me?

But if not so, then where are you?
been awhile but i've found my muses now.

Puppies Share Christmas in Their Own Special Way

Nothing says Christmas like sparkly glitter
Frosting the ornaments and, oh! So much more
Tiny stars shared from an incontinent critter -
In diarrheal doggy **** on the bedroom floor!

A gloomy feeling accompanies the rain.
harvest season sometimes reaps none,
the sun is weary, it rushes to descend
humid air wanes as darkness spreads.

sparrows and yellow warblers retreat
how do they stay dry in their nests?
newly-woken bats emerge at sunset
amidst the rain...they try their best.

in the waning light, trees start to play,
their shadows graciously sway,
they dance by the firewall
telling their stories by nightfall.

through a worsening weather
sounds, loud and clear,
the roaring thunder
July's long sunset showers
pour, to cool the dimming atmosphere.

then, darkness claims all the glow.

thunder, lightning, the heavy downpour,
and the warm shelter of our home
are like heaven and hell,
situated side by side.

monsoon season has come without delay
the mischievous puppies dare play
under July's cold pouring rain,
their eyes invite me...but in vain.

There’s no traffic in the canyon
Just hitch hiking coyotes
That *** to many cigarettes
But always have good stories
All they want is a play boy bunny
To scratch them behind the ears
Where the truck stop soap always collects
They are simple like that
That’s why I never fear all the teeth in their smiles
Dull and worn down by all the miles
They have put on those paws
When we pulled into the next town
They nodded and got off
Back to the puppies
Or back to no life at all
The sun beams down
The coyote walks

With those cute eyes within bright lights,
It's the looks that covers my night sky
Too cute to be true,
Your a rare creature that can fit in any shoe

Puppies, adorable paws and total cuties
Are the little dogs that makes everyone happy
A little nose with cute a sneeze
And a "tough" bark but sounds squeaky

Your wagging tail and feet running look walk
Looks so ****** as cutely you talk
Cuteness overloads with your teary looking eyes
My baby, and cutie pie.

My fondest memories are my two Maltese, especially when both were puppies, and found a way to my heart even though they tore up the living room furniture on that day I'll never forget. I arrived home from work and much to my dismay the green floral frabic of the couch was in shreds, spongy pieces everywhere on the floor. The rattan chewed on. My face looked worst. Who did this, I yelled out. It was awfully quiet. I looked under the couch and remember their eyes peering back at me, so childlike and worried, that instead of being angry I reached out to them. We grew from that day on.

This family I have all began with a girl named Bella, she was more than adorable. Loyal and loving she was one of a kind. She never ran off until one day she never came home, my heart broke as I searched near and far, not only taken from me but 5 babies left behind.  I was trying to find these babies a loving home but attached from day one I kept them for my own. Oh my the destruction they caused, 3 girls and 2 boys, Heaven, Sadie, Sky, Junior and Buster along with my shitzu,  Zoey. Never a dull moment as each one special in there own way. Little did I know the place where we lived the ground they played upon made every one of them poisoned by parvo and deathly sick. My Fience and I worked round the clock administering medication and fluids to 6 very sick puppies. Our battle seemed to never end as death filled our home and we lost one. Exhausted and drained as i laid beside our remaining babies, death sunken eyes peered up at me from each and every one as if asking me "momma please save us for what have we done"  I burst into tears as I gathered them all near, laying my hands upon there tired bodies I closed my eyes and began to Pray, God please heal my babies make them better through my hands, I know you can work miracles so I'm begging of you to spare the life of my babies I pray unto you . As silence filled my home covered with doom, my body grew numb , I knew God was here. I began praying harder never lifting my hands as the heat from my hands became even hotter I couldn't remove them from their bodies. Chills ran through me like I've never felt before, releasing my hands as I looked in their eyes , the death that once consumed them appeared to go away. Within a matter of hours one by one they began to get well. I dropped to my knees and gave God his Grace for saving my babies that day. Every word I've said in this poem is 100% true, A wonderful testimony of how love , faith and God healed my furbabies that day.
