The feelings you had for him never left. Maybe you fooled everyone else, but I could tell by the way you looked at him. I didn’t call you out though, like you always did to me. I let you pretend. I let you pretend, that maybe he liked you back, or maybe you never liked him.

Today you will learn.
You will learn because I'll tell you how.
You will listen because you want to know.
This isn't a class room of grey walls,
squeaky desks,
and an over done curriculum.
Today you will learn because I'll show you how
When you shut your mouth,
When you sit quietly and become part of the background,
When you learn to see
but seem as though you are not looking
When you learn to hear
but seem as though you are not listening
When the information isn't being pounded into your head
but is being nudged towards you
When you learn to figure things out on your own
When you learn that it's okay to be alone
Maybe then the world will start to make sense
Just watch, listen, I promise you'll learn a lot
*Class dismissed
Being a wall flower, being quiet, isn't a bad thing.. You can learn a lot if you just learn to pay attention

I like,
The way you smile,
How it starts from your dimples,
To the crescent of your eyes.
How they shine and sparkle,
With lots to decipher.

I like,
The way you walk,
How straight your back is,
To the stern look on your face.
How your footsteps can never be heard,
As you glide your way.

I like,
The way you talk,
How soft your voice is,
To boasting your white neat teeth.
How you would add a smile at the end,
Which soothes all problems.

I like,
How I'm able to watch you from afar,
How you'll never notice me,
As I observe you.

Do you know what it's like to see everything?
To see the punchline before the joke;
to see the ending at the beginning.

Sometimes, I do.
Sometimes, I don't.

And when I do, I really do.
I call every play,
I finish every sentence.

But when I don't, I really don't.
I am uncharacteristically oblivious,
and I do not see any warning signs.
It terrifies me.

I want to see everything, always.
Because when I don't...
Oh, when I don't....
Nothing good ever happens.
