Now, I may not be the truest queen,
Or the fairest of them of all.
Falling down one by one.

Isn't this exactly where you would like me?
I'm exactly where you would like, you know.

Sweet as peach and lime,
Sweating as the pressure lets on.
They finally crowned me.
They finally loved me.

But oh...

I may be afraid,
That I might of faked it.
The cute and nice act.

And I am afraid this isn't the true me.

Too bad we are all caught dead in this place.

I wish I could be Beautiful like them...
They are Unique and Magnificent in their ways of Oddity.
I am an Aberration.
But in the way they are all Different,
They are the Same.
I am Alone...
A poem I wrote a while ago.

we were puzzle pieces that fit perfectly...
but just belonged to different jigsaw sets..

I don't know how to quite fit
in this skin I've been given,
so I take my time to slowly
       oh so slowly
cut it open,
figuring that maybe
it just needs some adjusting.

Belonging

A word that leaves you wondering
A word that leaves you nowhere yet everywhere

With no answer
Yet, with so many questions

"do you belong here?  Or there? "
"honestly,  I feel like *nowhere
"
