I keep silent until I no longer have the patience for it

Robin in the rain,
Such a saucy fellow,
Robin in the rain,
Mind your socks of yellow.

Running in the garden
On your nimble feet,
Digging for your dinner
With your long, strong beak.

Robin in the rain,
You don't mind the weather,
Showers always make you gay,
Bet the worms are wishing
You would stay at home,
Robin on a rainy day--
don't get your feet wet,
Robin on a rainy day!
My former kindergarten students performed this... I can hear them still on this rainy day in Florida.

A Woman
 Feb 2016 SJ

A woman does not need a
Man that drags her down.
Just like how she does not need make-up,
To look beautiful.
A dress to make her ****,
High-heels to make her tall,
Because that's your job as her man,
To make her feel no insecurities.
I hope you know that,
If you don't,
Then step out of the way,
So the man that can treat her right,
Can go to her,
All the way.
You might have seen this on Wardha Malik's account, but I was the one who made this poem. Wardha is my friend. :)

HENRY

Watching Henry rising into the twilight sky.
Clouds piling upwards.
As the sunshine says good bye.
The clouds are mountainous.
Oh hell.
The stream will be tumultuous as once again the troll's revived.
Later tonight as darkness falls.
The legend will arise.
Staying indoors.
Snug as a bug.
For tomorrow's skies will be for a short time.
So much more than wild.
"Hooray, Henry".

If Only..

If only you cared for me,
I would not be the way I am.
If only you loved me.
I would not be feeling this way.

Part Time Poet
Legs intertwined
At the end of the night
Arms holding on tight
This feels so right
You say you're cold
So tighter I hold
I'll keep you safe and warm
Even through the darkest storm

I kiss your cheek
It makes you weak
You kiss my hand
Every moment so grand
No space between us
But I'm not making a fuss
I could fall asleep with you
Nothing would be better, it's true

Neither of us wants to go
Because we both know
That at moments like these
We want time to freeze
Moments like these
Are pleasing to you and me
And you're bringing the heat
Because **** you are hot
Stop staring?  I cannot
You're truly a sight to see
That's merely what I believe
I could admire you for hours
You're more beautiful than a flower
That blooms in the spring
You make me want to sing
And you radiate like the sun
And you're so much fun
And you've improved my like
And you're sharper than a knife
Will you be my wife
Through toils and strife?
Because I love you so
And that love will only grow
And that makes two
Because I know you love me too

I'm such a fortunate guy
That at the end of the night
I'm lying here with you
Because there are very few
Who get to experience this,
Who comprehend this bliss
But I'm one of those lucky few
And for that reason I thank you

Perfumed scent,
something subtly sweet.
The smell of fruit and flowers.
Feminine life lingering,
a love everlasting.
Entwined like vines with oak,
a musk,
a man.
A lover lost on the wind.
The smell of sweat,
of passion.
