Who has the desire to see the Universe after seeing a glimpse of her eyes...
As they shine like bright stars...
Round and mysterious like our globe
                             And
Have the depth of an ocean!!!

His eyes are blue even
though they're as black as
a rainy night
I look at him and feel the rot inside my chest,
the imperfections of my habits
I lie bare before him
and he watches with care
and says
you are the moon of my night
Bowing deeply, invited by the sound of a distant bell.

Sitting with the masters, or staring at the wall.

This silent illumination reveals equanimity in bedlam.

What is this?

It is not perfect, but we are in the business of efforts.

Softening the shell of our perceptions.
This dark soil
teems with potency
of light and life
the sun stirs the soul
hidden in wait
for the creative juices
to flow and saturate
its seeds to spring.
I look up to the sky

The stars shine so bright,
Each one a beautiful dream,
Each one too far from my reach

But these broken dreams are mine
So I’ll piece them together in my own sky
Hoping

they will shine just as bright

It would seem
That I spend
Many of these days
Out of phase
With reality

It’s like I’m standing
In a room of people
I know and love
And they’re strangers
So am I

My hands don’t feel my own
I don’t feel what I expect
Sometimes I’m just dizzy
With thoughts
Like reality is moving
Swirling around me
And I’m elsewhere

Sometimes I’m just out of phase
With the world
But I keep coming back
And I’m not always sure why
Sometimes I have to leave this reality to avoid being crushed by it.
As I picked the blood red rose bloodshed out of my eyes.
As I watched shed onto the red roses the roses turned white.
As the rose turns white chile flickers through my veins.
Snowflakes fell from the red sky
As the snowflakes touch the ground
The snowflakes became blood red one by one.
