Ambiguous

Meggghanq1
When her eyes sparkle does it make mine seem dim
deep into your eyes I swim
deeper and deeper
trying to find a trace
a crack of weakness where you drop the armour and let me read your face
But you remain forevermore unreadable like a book in a language unknown to me,
for others girls to read and decode what you are thinking inside, the world that you see

So I take my thoughts from your eyes, take out my paper and pen..to try to solve the puzzle that is you but end up **rhyming yet again.
I  hope i'm using the word ambiguous right please correct me if i'm wrong

witchy woman
the problem with
being a poet in love,
is that you savour
& trust each word your lover has
without  question.

we are simply in love
with bare literature,
spoken from the lips of someone we hold
in higher regard
than ourselves sometimes.

when you love a poet
each word you utter,
should be a piece of artwork

each sentence,
a highly thought out structure of awe and beauty to leave us seeping
in the warmth of your voice
caressing such fine words

so when deciding that you love someone,
who writes or reads
fill their souls with beauty, memories & truth especially,
for a poet's heart breaks at ease.
thoughts.

See, I love him so much
That I can’t write about him,
And this is the closest I’ve ever come
To a love poem in the past year:
We make the cosmos jealous of our light,
And the most beautiful thing I can write down is his name.

Fingers

My fingers cannot scale a melody
or take a rule across lands, to the sea
and back again. My fingers have never
pressed these strings into sounds worthwhile,
nor have they ever held a person's hand
and not felt utterly incapable of human touch.
These fingers know only strength in binding;
in fidget and rhyme, as I try to structure confusion
into something marketable. If nothing else though,
these fingers can roll a mean joint, and hold a
beer bottle so precisely to these lips.

Or
I do not like this phase of a heart break.

When you purposely avoid love songs,
Or sometimes you play them just to make yourself feel like your hearts still pounding.

When the person you loved and hid from every waking soul is brought into a conversation.
Or when he isn't.

When you see other lovers who have made it years without the cruel hand of fate ripping their love from them.
Or when you see they haven't.

When you notice him writing you smaller, casual messages when they use to be breathtaking and beautiful.
Or when he doesn't write at all.

When I ask you if I am pushing you away and you say no.

"Alright, happy birthday! Text me later tonight?"

"Will do"

When every hidden goodbye ends with those two words. And my broken, belittled heart.

(i. r.)
Please don't do this.
I. Can't. Lose. You.

WILLIAM WORTHLESS
life is full of corridors that you must walk through
full of lots of doors there are quite a few
each one has a road that we travel on
the way through life they lead take them one by one
there are many things you meet along the way
things that you will face in life changing every day
you  must take each task as your walking through
then the doors of life will open up for you

i am surprised
because there's something in your eyes
that made me realized
that i want to hold you in my arms
and keep you out of harm

i dont wanna rush
so i wont tell you you're my crush
but cant you see the way i blush?

i get so weak
whenever you start to speak

hey i wanna tell you that
whenever i look into your eyes
i get **butterflies
