Soon I will be gone from here.
And no one will find me.

Maybe forever is just a
Hyperbole.
Used in times
Of despair..
& I’m starting to realize
That even something
As concrete as family
Ebbs with the tide
Until there is nothing more
than traces of blood
And distant memories.

And even they
Who once made
Promises of tomorrow's fertility
Have gone into gallows of darkness.
So why should I stay?
Who is to keep me?
Not promises of infinity.
Not the blood of relatives.
Just me and my
Broken heart.
To roam this earth.
Til death do us part.

Some say love is red, others say it is blue
which ever one you choose, make sure you stick to her like glue.
Some say love is found, others say it finds you
but for every time you fall, you have to travel the road anew.

But love is colourless, love has no tribal marks.
Love knows not the English man or the African man.
Love sees no colour or ancestral roots.
Love only has a language and only hearts speak it.

axr
there is a storm inside you

destroying concrete buildings,unknown motels,and shacks

it won't stop raining

your ears won't stop ringing

the water is flooding castles and brick towers

the children are crying

water filling their lungs

their hands reach out for something

only to clutch the water

//

everyone's dead

you are now a nameless grave

if you looked up

you would see the lead sky

six feet underground,

motionless and without a sound

no one remembers you

no one remembers the storm

no one remembers the dead city

the children can be heard screaming

the rain hasn't stopped

glass buildings collapse to the ground

cities drown

all because

the storm inside you

was a little too loud.
Where have all the flowers gone, long time passing?
Where have all the flowers gone, long time ago?
Where have all the flowers gone?
Young girls have picked them everyone.
Oh, when will they ever learn?
Oh, when will they ever learn?

Where have all the young girls gone, long time passing?
Where have all the young girls gone, long time ago?
Where have all the young girls gone?
Gone for husbands everyone.
Oh, when will they ever learn?
Oh, when will they ever learn?

Where have all the husbands gone, long time passing?
Where have all the husbands gone, long time ago?
Where have all the husbands gone?
Gone for soldiers everyone
Oh, when will they ever learn?
Oh, when will they ever learn?

Where have all the soldiers gone, long time passing?
Where have all the soldiers gone, long time ago?
Where have all the soldiers gone?
Gone to graveyards, everyone.
Oh, when will they ever learn?
Oh, when will they ever learn?

Where have all the graveyards gone, long time passing?
Where have all the graveyards gone, long time ago?
Where have all the graveyards gone?
Gone to flowers, everyone.
Oh, when will they ever learn?
Oh, when will they ever learn?

Where have all the flowers gone, long time passing?
Where have all the flowers gone, long time ago?
Where have all the flowers gone?
Young girls have picked them everyone.
Oh, when will they ever learn?
Oh, when will they ever learn?
Beautiful song sang in 60s telling truth of war sadly all true....
