Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I’ve tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.
We cut trees
Then make papers
Where we write posters
To not cut trees.

We make money
To buy everything
But by having nothing
We let money make us.

We arm our troops
To build peace
Yet the same weapon
Is used to destroy peace.

We sacrifice our health
Just to save money
Only to spend it all
To save our health.

We destroy forests
To create cities
So that inside them
We can make forests.

Our lack of knowledge
Leads to ignorance
But the same is true
With knowing too much.
Ironic,
That the sun should seem so bitter,
In all it's wonder and brightness

Oh hunter be hunted for who is the prey?
Did you stalk her to trap her ?
Get snared on your way.
Did she tease you to catch you an invisible foe.
As you can't see her will you ever know.
Oh hunter be hunted you are the pray!
But only if you continue to play in her game.
Did you try to be silent to cover your tracks?
She followed your scent and is close to your back.
Oh hunter recounted oh hunter beware she just plays mind games and she isn't there.
Oh hunter "Be" hunted for now it's despair !
Walk away from this madness before you are hurt
So hunter oh hunter decision to make, track now a picture or leave this lost place.
Was a parody after reading "oh captain my captain"
I looked at stars in the night
I danced to dreams in my mind

Then all around me was dark
No one to hear my voice

Then I heard the music of life
Flooding my soul like light

Louder than I'd heard before
No one could hear my heart roar

Then, then it began to fade
All that was here was no more

All now around me was dark
No more to dance to now

Everything gone far away
So I must sleep once, again
Sometimes my mind feels like it’s screaming
Just making too much noise and never
actually saying anything
I wish my mind were like the sky
Outstretched and blue
A fabric spread thin,
out across everything
Because then my thoughts could be like clouds,
no longer sharp or immobile
and my ideas could be like stars
Then maybe for once they could be seen through the dark
O Captain! my Captain! our fearful trip is done,
The ship has weathered every rack, the prize we sought is won,
The port is near, the bells I hear, the people all exulting,
While follow eyes the steady keel, the vessel grim and daring;
But O heart! heart! heart!
O the bleeding drops of red,
Where on the deck my Captain lies,
Fallen cold and dead.

O Captain! my Captain! rise up and hear the bells;
Rise up—for you the flag is flung—for you the bugle trills,
For you bouquets and ribboned wreaths—for you the shores a-crowding,
For you they call, the swaying mass, their eager faces turning;
Here Captain! dear father!
This arm beneath your head!
It is some dream that on the deck,
You’ve fallen cold and dead.

My Captain does not answer, his lips are pale and still;
My father does not feel my arm, he has no pulse nor will;
The ship is anchored safe and sound, its voyage closed and done;
From fearful trip the victor ship comes in with object won;
Exult O shores, and ring O bells!
But I, with mournful tread,
Walk the deck my Captain lies,
Fallen cold and dead.
Like the time you talked to me,
Made a friend when I had none.
Made me smile.

Like the time you said hello,
Complemented when I was down.
Made me laugh.

Like the time you asked how I was,
Cared when I was alone.
Made me cry.

Like the time you gave me time,
Listened well when I told all.
Made me trust.

Like the time you held my heart,
Gave comfort when I had none.
Made me hope.

Like the time you cracked a joke,
Laughing hard when I felt gone.
Made me live.

Like the time you ran with me,
Running fast when I cried stop.
Made me go.

Like the time you looked at me,
Mistakes made when I needed help.
Made me heal.

Like the time you asked me,
Invited when I felt lost.
Made me found.

Because you were there,
Because you were willing,
Because you cared,
Because you left a footprint,
*Because I am changed.
