Today’s my birthday,
Guess I’ll get some cake.
Maybe a glass of milkshake,
To celebrate
The date.
Birthday of Alex.
Once I get off work,
It’ll be a real big celebration.
With all my friends,
This day will not be filled with frustration.
Today’s feeling different,
Today’s feeling green,
Then I come home and
I open the door,
All as I can see,
An empty room!
Then I start to see my old friends,
Anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts creep in.
They open up gifts of loneliness and disappointment,
calamity, pani,
Heartbroken.
I figure it’s time to blow my candle,
See ya world,
That’s all the birthdays I can handle!
29August was my birthday and I just felt those words.
I love my tears
because they're falling for you
I have no fears
because I always love you.

I like your smile
because it's so glad.
How do I smile
if you're feeling sad?

I can wake up at midnight
just because of you
I even don't need any light
to feel you.

You are my breath
You are my soul shine
I wouldn't be alive on this earth
if you won't be mine!

red lace in the backwoods
everyone knows you
left it there
better run, better run

i'll hide you my dear
rest in my arms
we leave in the morning
'fore the sun, 'fore the sun

they'll be in deep sleep
by the time we make it
over the hills
gotta go, gotta go

Deep below the surface,
of a sea stormy and frenetic;
lies buried an ancient relict,
once radiant but now pathetic.
It is a long ago sunken ship
the mast and canvas rotten.
The stern revealing injuries,
that are not yet forgotten.
It once carried adventurers,
looking for brand new land;
But now it's decrepit and cursed,
never to reach a strand.
But if you would look closer,
to the shattered and mouldered deck,
you would see the dissembled treasure,
that waits to be found within every wreck.
No matter how broken we are, we all have a treasure within us that just waits to be found. So keep on looking for it within others!

Tears like diamonds
Fall down my face
Scraping against it
Tearing the skin
Ripping the flesh
And easing the pain
Or increasing it

At this point
I don't know

You know those tears you get
When you can't stop laughing
Because you don't want to
And they just rest on your cheeks
Until you finish your laughter
And you wipe them away

You know those tears you get
When you watch a sad movie
And you feel like the characters are real
Even though they're not
And the tears just rest by your lips
Until the movie is over
And you wipe them away

You know those tears you get
When you say goodbye to a friend
And you don't want them to go
But they need to go
And the tears just rest on your chin
Quivering
Until the dust settles
And you wipe them away

You know those tears you get
When you walk down the aisle
And everything is perfect
When love is beautiful
And the tears just collect on your eyes
Until you need to blink
And you wipe them away

You know those tears you get
When you remember yesterday
And you wish it were alive again
But it isn’t
And the tears just fall to the ground
They soak into the Earth
And you can't wipe them away

waiting
on a bus that will never arrive.
