this morning i woke up next to the person i love
we ordered coffee from the shop down the street
i wished him luck on his meeting and he kissed me goodbye
and that was how i started off my friday

and i know that this does not seem like much
and i know that this is not creative or clever or coded in poetry
but my god
nothing has ever made me as full of life as this

The curvature  of your heart,
The center of attention that you are,
You pull me close to you,
A gravitational force is thus around you,
You accelerate my steps towards you,
You magnatize my heart,
And like electrons I revolve around you,
Our love is an atom,
You're  the nucleus I'm the electron,
I have many isotopes of you,
One is of love,
Second is for care,
And third is compassion.

There once was a friend who came to play
Who liked the letters A, J, and K
In somewhat bright moonlight,
Then started to take flight  
And was not seen till the month of May

Kicking at a tree
Around midnight
Takes my breath away
And all I can do is think about
Running away
Into the night, the very dark night
Not caring about who I’ll miss
And who will miss me

I need this!
I need more from you!
I am dying!
Just because I met you!
Give me more of you!
It is contagious!
Your skin!
Your Lips!
Your sins!
Your ****!
But after all....
I am just a myth!

The dark consumes us,
Like love overwhelms us,
With power so strong,
It can't possibly be wrong?

The flicker of light,
Inside our minds,
Keeps the fire burning strong,
Inside our broken.. Souls.
