We must all try to keep a balance between our heart and mind
and utilise fully the qualities inherently respective of their kind.
Both are each a storehouse of the virtues of love and intelligence there inside,
being reflections of our divine nature or eternal soul in which they fully reside.

If your heart and mind are in ruins and you don't know in which way to turn
it could be for a while then in this position that you're really meant to burn.
The fires of love are all consuming and those whom it touches are purified;
only with pure loving feelings and actions the object of our love is satisfied.

The best things in life are said to be free
and that money doesn't grow on any tree.
But then what has this got to do with either you or me?
when this life includes all things making up our reality.

Great surely is the gift that bestows knowledge to you
and greater still if it guides one on the path that's true.
That person who has knowledge is the one of real worth
and worthier still if it is wisdom beyond this human birth.

when are you ever going to extend
your heart and mind so to receive
all that is worthwhile to achieve?

When you do your best and it just isn't good enough,
then life for you dear friend must be somewhat tough.
Sometimes we need to put in an extra effort or do a bit more,
with our whole mind and heart involved we can open the door.

so don't go running either here or there or turning to somebody else.
There are certainly some few things that are only for each individual to work out,
all we need is the inspiration to motivate our will into action which is hard without.

Do not ever pretend to be something that you are really not,
a hypocrite is someone who their ownself have not fully got.
Yet being our real self is a state most of us seem to have lost
as we have allowed a false self to take control at a great cost.

The homecoming of the soul is a great affair of joy and sweetness
but is also characterised by a feeling of surrender and meekness.
After having gone astray through ignorance into the world of pain and sorrow
it returns back home like a prodigal son with joy and thought for the morrow.

It's said that 'beauty is in the eyes of the beholder' so do not let yourself be deceived,
the beauty in you can be seen reflected outside and is to be realised or else perceived.
One's attitudes are a good indication of the kind of life one has been going through,
thus all can make a radical change for the better if they realise the genuine need to.

that we all receive as we all do give.
If we're mindful of this we'll be sure
to get the most out of life as we live.

Do not tarry too long by the wayside on the road home that you have taken;
get up, move forward, look ahead to the horizon and with the sunrise waken.

because this world is a vast place with many paths and doorways beckoning.

Why do we let ourselves fall and have to pick ourselves up again
when we can all reach that place from which there is no fall then?
As long as, at least, there's only one step backward and two steps forward
we can be assured of attaining that place of security we're striving toward.

because they're usually more happy in themselves not coveting things of others.
It's indeed a fact of life that one would turn against another for the most trivial thing

and the love of the lover with the beloved longs to be.
In merging and uniting our sense of separateness disappears
and that feeling of oneness experienced removes all our fears.

When one truly sees or gleans what's hidden to normal view
the world and almost all it contains one considers to eschew.

To live in gloom isn't what life's really about or only meant to be
but a celebration and joyful endeavour in the spirit of discovery.

We all have the power of will to think and freely choose
that by which we can gain or else that by which we lose.
Yet loss and gain are just one pair of opposites in a world of duality
where the forces of ignorance and knowledge rule as an actuality.

yet whence comes the strength at crucial moments to subdue?
To succumb is weakness when things are getting you down and is a false living
but to remain steadfast and unruffled looking beyond the moment is endearing.

In this world of constant change and uncertainty it's good to know
there are some people in it who true knowledge of reality can show.

Don't allow your life to turn into a wasteland of dishonesty, enmity and deceit,
make of it a fragrant garden watered by good works using both hands and feet.
Remove the weeds of bad habits that only stunt those tender plants of virtues,
practice daily what you know deep in the fertile soil of your heart will help you.

Go to the wineshop of the true master and take with you an empty cup,
it's by staying there awhile, that vessel if fortunate, you'll get filled up.
The wine that the master dispenses is made of knowledge, bliss, love and grace;
by quenching your thirst there with it, will no longer feel anywhere out of place.

The New Dawn is now with us heralding a new humanity
but where are we all going because of our stupid vanity?
The Avatar came into the world again to work at the start of a New Age,
awakening people to live by true values and love was the same old adage.

It's sometimes known that the hand is quicker than the eye
and that also very often people believe the truth to be a lie.
When the proof for a certain thing is at hand which people only reject
they admit their ignorance and prejudice blinding them to that effect.

and if it doesn't then go beyond the present it's merely a foment.
Yet how many are there in the world who can claim the ultimate prize
of the possession of infinite wisdom without any need for compromise?

and that anywhere one may happen to go there also may die.
There's no telling really what's in store for each one of us
and all we could ever hope for we may get without any fuss.

To be healthy, wealthy and wise in life is what most people try to achieve
but how many in the process give something away which they do receive?
To work steadily towards one's ideal or goal can be a one sided affair,
if we're too selfish on our way true satisfaction will not be found there.

The world is a vast playground and we're like children playing games
in the acquiring of many ephemeral things that we have given names.
All those sense objects usually just blind us and often lead many astray;
by great effort and dispassion sometimes we escape to see the real day.

Some people may think I am mad
yet in some ways I am very glad.
The things that are real to me
are to them only as in fantasy.

Overfed and yet under nourished is the plight of too many people today,
they gorge themselves on just about anything to drive their hunger away.
When one eats to live instead of living to eat, with discipline maintains,
one not only keeps in good health but also their mind over body reigns.

is what we've been doing since our youth.
This is really a misunderstanding and an opposite view
of 'do unto others as you would have them do unto you'.

It's said that people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw any stones
unless they're aware of the consequences or have nothing of their own.
If a person's words and actions are based upon an insecure foundation
then they will leave themselves open and susceptible to a confrontation.

We are not the body nor the vital breath.

We are all a free spirit though incarnate,
We should be aware of this and meditate.

God takes care of those who take care of themselves we should know
but the more selfish we all become the farther away from God we go.
It's a matter of spiritual significance that's very hard for most to see;
there's a point beyond which if we go is not beneficial to us evidently.

The universe we know is supposed to contain all
from the largest objects down to the very small.
Yet everything in number is not even tantamount
to that Source of all within it which is Paramount.

There's only One God Eternal irrespective of how many religions there all are,
because each is a different path one takes to realise Him shown by an Avatar.
There are many races of people each with their own culture, language and locality,
which are all part of the One Human Race, that in unique ways worships that Deity.

The more money we have the more we are likely to spend
but how much can anyone of us take with them at the end?
When death comes around and starts knocking on our door
all we can possibly do is perhaps just delay it a little more.

With the dawn light of the early morning sun
worship God from where we have all come.
Give praise and thanks deep within your heart
to that Power and Glory right at the day's start.

How many times, in my life, have I fallen down
to be picked up again, by You, off the ground?
Or was it out from the murky waters of the worldly ocean
when I was apparently drowning with a desperate motion?

The darkness of ignorance is removed by the light of knowledge and wisdom
which can lead all to realise and experience an inner state of blissful freedom.
There are many people though, in whom this ignorance runs incredibly deep,
that they mistake it for knowledge thinking they are awake but really asleep.

When the Spirit of God begins to move amidst the people of earth
then the Holy Ghost manifests to quicken their spirit for a rebirth.
How to be born again in the Spirit is what Jesus also came to show
and by following in His footsteps the Kingdom of God we‘ll know.

The Truth is that which makes one free
and also the light that helps one to see.
It's the source of all power and wisdom
and exists eternally in blissful freedom.

O my soul, what is it that troubles you so much?
Could it be a curse or something worse as such?
Or is it over expectation in this worldly existence
where all are involved in their own subsistence?

Don't be too ******* yourself or any one else my friend
for there are many things with which we have to contend.
To live harmoniously, daily we must all a little way bend;
such are the conditions that usually also prolong our end.

If the body is the Temple of God then the inner chamber is a pure loving heart;
the thoughts of the mind the steps to the altar, the fires of devotion are the art.
Our field of activity is the Temple grounds, how we relate to each other the fellowship;
living in tune with God is our communion, sacrificing our false nature the true worship.
