My burden is not of distress
It is burden of LOVE
It is debt of paying back
To my BELOVED
Who opened
The doorways of LOVE

This is a debt I value
A debt that makes me smile
And be happy
Most debts do not...
But this does.

It is a debt of affection
An affectionate debt
Which I shall never want to remove
Material debt can be paid back
This I shall never be able to pay back

I would never want to loose
The burden of your LOVE
Upon my shoulders...

This is the most LOVED
Debt in life - in my life
Debt of LOVING YOU
I am LIVING by your name
I will DIE by your name
If this is YOUR will
If this is what you want
Everyone to remember me as
Let this be everyone's will too

Have you realized
What have you done to me?
I am in your LOVE
And I am already dead
I am already destroyed
I am already annihilated
And in your name...

I want to LOVE YOU more
I want more deaths
I want more annihilations
Birth after birth
This life and every life and life after

Till the sun, moon & stars last...
The darker side of my mind is where
Abstractions of fragmented poetry breeds;
A baby lies dead in a Hong Kong gutter,
And my lines fall into place.

Broken hearts sing lullabies to me,
Two savage beatings spare me a verse,
New Orleans lends me four at low interest,
And throws in a haiku for free.

The old veteran quotes me three lines
And gets buried with the last.
The rhyme festers with his body;
Both soldier
                      and verse
            are
                       free
                                       again.

I can't explain the beauty I see
In the dying faces of the abandoned ones,
Nor tell you why, if the bomb were dropped tomorrow
I should weep in both anguish and delight.

I can only tell you, should it all end,
Should all modern horrors dissapear,
The future will weep for the joys of the present
And smiles will dissapear forever
I have never really been into poetry,
Nor have I been into theater.
I was never interested in animated films,
Or movies in general
And music was just a hobby for me

Then I met you...

And now it seems as if,
I have found myself remembering you, by just listening to music,
And spending many nights, sleepless and lorn.

I'm patiently waiting for the next blockbuster hit
To appear in cinemas, so that I may ask you
For a single day together, once again.

Now my ambition is to create a cartoon,
Similar to that of Ghibli's, because you had me by a thread,
On that day we watched Spirited together.

I became the stage manager of a production,
Worked hard so I could make you say
That you were proud of me, but more than that was
To simply make you something beautiful.

And now all I can do
Is write poetry,
Every time,
I think of you.
