All of those things
That people said
That planted rotten seeds in your mind…
You know, the ones that grew
Tall like a mutant ****
The ones that
Choked out all of your flowers
There are many
But it is a lovely day
In an infant May
You can go to your shed
Get your shovel
Go to where your garden grows
Dig each one up by its roots

Just

Like

That

Who are you t tell her to die
her tears fall out as she hopes to die
you call her names and you push her around
and you laugh at her as she falls to the ground
she only wants to be put in the ground
I don't think you get it even as the funeral bells toil
as he mother falls down, and her father downs another
do you wish you never had hurt her?
Because that's what happened
she was broken and sad
the world around me  she said
' Made me sad...
I don't know why I chose this path
I'm broken now its bean bad
and I feel I have to let you know
that blood is warmest in the snow
I don't get it because you said I would be fine
but as time went on
I fell out of line
and no that I'm writing as my final words
I want you to know how bad it hurts
because I don't want you to burn
just that it hurts

When so much light around
but you say the dark
I could not understand
my top layer

When I was in the womb
Then, and not
But there was light
Then when I saw your universe that you have made
everything was there

My playing companions
The Sun
The Moon
My beloved,
And that delighted
Night's north star was
on her forehead
Where all of my senses have
grown up

Then at one sudden night of the new moon
I saw a thick overlay on the sky,
between you and me
The North Star has disappeared

I think that you were true
In the dark I find my known world
One by one,
Trying out through the thick layer

It seems to cover the end
As light yellow yolk
See a light-colored tint
which awakens my sixth sense again

A shadowy obsession
Which has yet to create an illusion

Forsythias flower now,
A shock of yellow petals
Matching my Daffodils.
Pure yellow,
Brighter than the sun.
Galaxies of petal-stars
Hanging from spiral arms.
As numerous as a shoal of fish,
Or flock of birds.
Nature stuns us with its numbers.

Winter hangs on
With chilling grip.
But blossoms like these hold promise
Of warmer days.
My crocuses were first:
Defiant spears thrusting into the frosty air.
And now the second wave is here:
Flower after flower,
Bird after bird:
Robins and Blue ****,
Blackbirds and Sparrows.
Pesky gnats are out
As everything awakes
From hibernation.
Yes Spring is here,
Showing us once more
The sheer resilience of Life.

There is a Forsythia right outside my window...

When you find her love her
Hold her real tight
Get her coffee in the morning
Keep her warm at night
The last thing that you ever want
Is to drive that girl away
So when you find her love her and
She will always stay.

Might take lots of lookin’
Good woman’s hard to find
Admit it man,
You and me, we ain’t no prize of any kind.
We’re rough around the edges
Ain’t got no smooth lines
So when you find her love her
And she will treat you fine.

Yeah, when you find her love her
Hold her real tight
Get her coffee in the morning
Keep her warm at night
The last thing that you ever want
Is to drive that girl away
So when you find her love her and
She will always stay.

See women they are wary
Far as menfolk are concerned
Seems somewhere in their lifetime
Most all of them’s been burned.
She’s gonna look right through you
Deep into your soul,
So when you find her love her
And she will make you whole.

Yeah, when you find her love her
Hold her real tight
Get her coffee in the morning
Keep her warm at night
The last thing that you ever want
Is to drive that girl away
So when you find her love her and
She will always stay.

She might have some baggage
Made a wrong turn or two
Better look into the rearview mirror
King of baggage might be you!
Then both you go and pack those bags
In the trunk of that used car
And read the map together
So you both know where you are.

Yeah, when you find her love her
Hold her real tight
Get her coffee in the morning
Keep her warm at night
The last thing that you ever want
Is to drive that girl away
So when you find her love her and
She will always stay.

Last thing that you ever want
Is to drive that girl away
So when you find her love her
And she will always stay.

Yeah drive away together
Bags packed and stored away
When you find her love her
And she will always stay.

Extemporanious
Off the cuff
We are freestyle
Can't get enough!

Write on!
Write on!
Throw away the notes!
Quit all the rewrites...
The headaches! The quotes!

Write on!
Write on!
Scribble a few lines
Essentially we're NEVER happy
With what grows from the vine...

Just put pen to paper
Let the ink be
Then make a paper airplane...

... let fly POETRY!!!

When dark clouds diminished the day
and rain carved moon craters on the river
we were drenched beneath a tree.

Her hand upon mine was more than words could say
but made me once more a hardened believer
in love's miracle of bridging hearts quietly.
budgie soft feathered
yellow green plume
when with him together
goes fog of gloom.

dance he prances joyous
with enchanting grace
when his feathers brush
it's only happiness.

his sweetly gaily spin
crazy acrobats
sparks a light within
moves hands in claps.

on fingers loves to roost
his nails softly *****
gives my spirit boost
cloud disperses quick.

snuggles up to me
heart he easy wins
my dolly jolly budgie
I fondly call him Prince.

eyes of glimmering morning
whisper to the soul.
