Home airs have become quieter,
Things are back to normal...
Here in this house, which isn't my home,
The soundless afternoon winds bring a touch of melancholy,
Holiday season is finished, the hours pass by so slowly.
In the living room, my eyes strayed upwards,
Towards a Christmas wreath left hanging on the wall...
A sunbeam was shining weakly over it...but,
It rested on the wreath long...long enough, it dazzled me with a reality
That changed the preponderant gloomy atmosphere...
The wreath will be kept, for next year...
It is sad to think, another season over
Another year over....and
December is still eleven months away,
But.... the reason for the season could linger on, if we choose to.

It is said, charity begins at home, but it doesn't have to end there...
We quickly stretch our hands for our family,  close friends in need,
They are our loved ones, it feels good...feels like Christmas!
But the old, the blind, the disabled people, are strangers, waiting...
What if we gave them even just a bit of ourselves....even just for a while?
Some warmth, or smiles...a hand to find their way,
The Christmas feeling would be alive! Stronger!
For the street children, the orphans in a hospice, it means Christmas,
To be fed, kept warm with clothing and shelter, any time, day, or month.
They... we...would feel a heavenly kind of peace surround us...
It would mean everything for the prisoners, the juvenile delinquents
If we could spend an aftenoon with them,
Listen to their rumblings, litanies of their pain, their losses,
Hear their past moments of glory...of how it is
To be neglected... deserted by their own loved ones...
It is Christmas day, to see them lifted from their agonizing silence, beaming...
To see a child's lost front teeth, as he/she gives a smile of happiness
While holding a bag of goodies and gifts of toys,
Would melt the ice...the stone-cold airs dwelling within...
Maybe, even the lukewarm souls could change...
It is Christmas for them...... for, these short-lived holiday moments,
Mean the world to them...

Yes.....
Charity begins at home, but it does not end there...
If only we could stretch our hands...bearing in mind---
A kind deed done to our fellow human beings,
Is as good as done to God.

The sun shines bright on that Christmas wreath on the wall,
Any time, any day of the year....
Even if it's not there at all...

"Whatever you have done to the least of my brethren, you have done unto me..."        (Matthew 25:40)

***we can look further... beyond ourselves
     there's a world out there,
it is always up to us...***
Though Christ Love we can make a difference.
For we can allow Christ to use us to help others.
We can make a difference in other people lives.
Because we honestly do love them unconditionally.
We can make a difference in their lives through love.
Because in this world of today , love does matter.
Because we also allow our God to use us to heal others.
Cause there are so many hurting and broken people.
We will make a difference cause we really want to help others.
To find him as well, to become healed and complete in him.
O Might One , to have the right attitude here on the earth.
I want my attitude to be one of a servant like yours is.
Teach me to become a servant working here for you.
One whom says how may I serve you today people.
So create in me a servant heart, then use me Lord.
No matter what the cost give to me a servant heart.
So that I may be just like you Lord, give me a servant heart.

I see beauty in soft greens
Triumphant blues escaping
From under the black fading to grey

    Adrianne lost her son
    When buds sprouted outside
    Muddy rain soaked windows
She will never be the same

    I hug my daughter
Like this is the last time I will see her
    Viscous malt thickness throat closure
    Because it could be me
    Because why not me

I still see beauty
In fog drifting off the harbour
In the melodies of Mozart
The flavors and spices
Of everyday life

But Adrianne doesn't
For my dear friend.
My heart breaks for those that are looking for someone to save them.
For I use to felt the same way that if I could find that one woman.
But I was sinning against Christ and as Solomon also found out.
People here can not save you only Christ can save you only God.
People leave us wanting, but if any of you need a friend to talk to.
I am here for you as Friend not a savior , not as someone needing saved.
For now I understand no one can save me from my pain or loneliness.
Only Christ, I am getting stronger the Holy Spirit of God is guiding me in truth.
So remember this we can not save one another only Christ can save.

May clover brighten your path
And sunshine lighten your way
Down the path to your farmhouse
Where daisies dance and sway
Inside the home where love resides
In a comfy arm-chair is where you'll rest
After a hard day's work, you now relax
As the dying sun fades in the west
May some charming thought
Bring a smile unto your face
As from your covered porch you watch
Our handsome English Setters race
So, go ahead and make a wish
For brighter days in store
Where our home upon the hill awaits
Waiting evermore

When the time has returned
Hearts can't go out from you
Lost love seems to be a footprint
Decayed stone is a sign of thy

The last laugh
The flute
Putting forward the images of the day
Today it has grown a big miss for the poet

Spots at matches
Someone calls the untimely
I See
You see
Everything becoming change

Slow
Quick change
You and me
The Trees
The Hills
The River
All

Your restless mind
Grew cold
Even fastest cyclone
Became cool

Leaves fallen
Grew again
Spring came
And moved away

She came
She sang
Again she went away
Never hold back
Just left this footprint

The last laugh
The flute
Putting forward the images of the day
Today it has grown a big miss for the poet

The night is silent and still
except the creatures are stirring
of their own will
The snow bunny peeked out of his nest
started hopping he is growing tired of his long
winter's rest
The squirrel is stealing all the birds food
putting the birds in a questionable mood
Still to me it feels peaceful and calm
I feel like singing some random song
I imagine joining a heavenly throng
The night is silent and still
at least for the moment
I will enjoy it one minute at a time

Breath* whisper,
*"He is in every single one of me."

Heart murmurs,
"He is tucked cozily in me ,as long as I am beating."
Hope utters,
"Never lose me, this man,one day you'll get to see."
Smile comforts,
"So put me on young lady, get ready for the.
   meeting."

Heartbeat reveals,
"He brings a new meaning to each thump of mine."
Mind affirms,
"I'm telling you,you can't take him off me."
Eyes mime,
"When you close me, he'll send chills down your
   spine."

Love expresses,
"Trust him, I'm true, he would go down on his.
   knee."

Test conveys,
"I'm sent down from above, but both of you will
   pass."

Miss admits,
"You feel me so much, you pray so hard for him to be
   closer."

Tears confess,
"I trickle down your cheeks like drops of crystal clear
   glass."

Faith assures, *"Have me, these tough days will
   soon be over."

Unlikley circumstances
Are God's way of guiding us
Makes no sense to human brains
He has a purpose
Which we will sustain
Even when we think
Our lives are mundane
If we ask for forgivness
Jesus will maintain
Peace in our hearts
Will be faithfully true
When we realize Jesus
Gave us His life
On the Cross
To carry us through*
Thank you, Jesus
It is as if the Holy Spirit took control of my pen taking notes at church today. I felt my Grandma with me as we sang some of the hymns she sang with me as a child. I know the power is Jesus that is what Grandma wanted/guided me to figure out. Now she is in Heaven and I am treasured with The Holy Spirit.

Tonight I spent the evening with a 93 year old friend.
As we listened to the holiday carols she shared with me, this would be her last Christmas here on earth, her time was reaching it's end.
Praying for everything that she does reveals Christ and His love.
Her purpose for Christ in this world has been so strong that her presence as an angel for those on this earth will shelter us thru life's storms.
Her life was open like a book, for the Spirit of Christ shines thru her as well.
It is a blessing to know in heaven she will dwell.
For her love is pure as the first snow flakes
Before they hit the ground
The purest treasure in life she has truly found.
The compassion that Christ has filled her heart full of ,
Omnipicent love that abounds,
Touches spaces deep in her cracked heart that others have hurt but Christ has healed!!
Christ gives us one another to lead us to see, His truth, He is our ultimate destiny,
10/01/2015 posted this poem fresh today because I went to the nursing home last Friday to play and it was this 93 year old woman's Birthday!!
