A Salt Shaker Glass

*Just a folded piece of paper
In a salt shaker glass
Placed deep inside the cupboard
Hiding memories of the past

I would watch her as she'd take it out
To read the words it said
Then place it back deep inside
And slowly bow her head

She kept it in a shaker
Hoped salt would heal the wound
But each time she read the words inside
The pain would seem so new

That folded piece of paper
In a salt shaker glass
Was delivered from the courthouse
To set her free at last

A divorce from my father
Who had walked away from us
She folded and refused to sign
Till that day that I grew up

As I read that piece of paper
From the salt shaker glass
I thought of all she gave to me
And felt the love inside she had

Just a folded piece of paper
In a salt shaker glass
Placed deep inside the cupboard
Hiding memories of the past

A folded piece of paper
In a salk shaker glass *

It IS...
a kind of Peace
hidden underneath the
Darker Veil.

Forgotten tenements
driven out by the Pale,

Intimate utterances
worthy of a mourning
Kings' tears
may trace sounds
of blood Red roses
rising in his moistened
garden grounds.

Forgotten tenements
driven out by the Pale,

It IS...
a kind of Peace
hidden underneath the
Darker Veil.
Good morning :)

The Messiah Complex
Tomorrow doesn't exist
yesterday is just a dream
I lay awake, trying to reminisce
during the days that lay between, and I

Can't seem to retrace
the footprints we left behind
chasing shadows, leads to nowhere
and we're running out of time

so I offer you my hand
we always knew forever wasn't for us
but we'll dance within the flames
till these bodies turn to rust
my rhyming poems always seem so cheesy, I apologize.

You are unforgettable
Upon my life
You have made an impact
Yes I look back and see
You made a difference in me
You have molded and shaped me into
  What I am today
You taught me life lessons and virtues
   Good values
To help carry me through the good times
and bad times and sad times too
    I still miss you
I sometimes am sure I feel your presence
In the support of a friend
    Through the Love of family
Sometimes when I smile it reminds me of your grin
When I lost you Dad it felt like a big part of my life was over
      Another capture had to begin
I guess you could say I am stronger now
I hope you are proud of me
To me you will always be Unforgettable
I was remembering today about my father who passed away in 2005

I breathe and taste
the colours of heaven and earth
on your skin.
I kiss away
the traces of liquor and regret
on your lips.
I fall in love
with the way you allow me
to wrap myself
around your heart.
I spread my wings
around your body
as it curls against mine.
You call my broken wings
majestic.
I fall in love
with the way you move
against me.
I breathe and taste
the colours of heaven and earth
on your soul.
from Castiel to Dean Winchester
or
from me to you.

Hard to miss, you can take me home.
I'd rather be anyone than to be alone.
Marlboro-stained teeth
have my lips controlled.
Don't mistake the chemicals
for our souls.

I move with the waters inside your ribcage.
Because when I drown in you,
it's the perfect place.

Softly, please, taking off our clothes:
I can see the kisses that have left holes.
You've been acid-washed
by love that wasn't stronger.
Take off your armor,
so you can stay here longer.

Your face is as cold
as the place I found you in.
You can let go of the hurt
trapped beneath your skin.

I keep warm in your fire that beats fast.
To be alone with you, it to be, at last.

Hard to miss, I will take you home.
You can be anyone, rather than be alone.
Remove your shoes, but not your heart.
You can stay here, as our world falls apart.

The Noose
Aimless wander
In the unfathomed depths
I drove into the walls of truth
And
Disentangled my mind
From the imprudent rationalisation
Of the subjective.

hush, hush, hush a bye
while we sing a song
don't you weep
no, don't you cry
we'll help you
to be strong

we're the stars
outside your window
rainbow colored on your sill
can't you see the
curtain billow?
hush a bye now
child be still!

the night is
strumming us a tune
in gold across the galaxy
can't you hear
ol' Billy Moon
playin' his guitar for free?

the stars are your
nighttime blanket
keeping you safe!
don't be scared
chase the baddies
AWAY!

sweet dreams to
you child
the twinkle to keep
you safe
to remind you of
all the love
and memories of

Touching the
     curves of my mind
   Fabrications of
        missing pieces
Too many
    troubles left behind
            Filled with ugliness,
   and bitter diseases
       Thoughts are somewhat
scrambled
Yet I know I'm thinking clearly
        Sometimes
Life is a gamble
         Gotta roll the dice
     To reach your destiny
I cry too much,
           Of that I'm sure
     I could blame it on
            Anxiety
         Or all the unjust hurts
****** upon me
But in the end, I know
It's not what you can see
           It's where you go
And what you believe

I'm gonna start believing
         *in me

When you are growing as a poet
your pain is pining to born a poetry
where there are too many clouds of emotions gathering,
also a pensive mood longing
then the thunder of thoughts growing,
your paper is awaiting for the first word
as I was waiting for you, my love
when you were coming slowly
then words of rain raining,
automatically,
randomly

When the first raindrop pings on the pond
even you don't know when it will be stopped
how far it will be covered
which path it will be taken
even its density,
dignity,
or the diversity

Your first word inks on the paper
you don’t know when it will be finished
which way the words will be taken
even you don't know
its size or style,
its fashion or the scheme

Either it's a long or a short
or even a sonnet or a verse
even its rhyming
or the rhythm

You should not think about its length
of course words grow as long as
the metaphors can travel
through its thoughts of cohesion
and its feelings moving
naturally,
poetically

You should not count the words
or even you can't stop within a limit
it makes your thoughts imperfect
rather you can tell totally
about the life,
or can tell about
the love easily
or beyond the life spontaneously

The words can grow 3,5,7
lines for a haiku
or even it goes for a mile for an epitaph
or more for an epic

Poetry executes through words
words come from thoughts
thoughts come from the emotions
and ends with the wisdom

Acid Loves Mercury
All your stories
Built in days done
Bits and pieces
Of dreams and horrors
Containing fragments
Of tears and joy

To begin and live once more
A harbor of practiced sanctuary
Given dreams that fear
Never come, never mind
The things whichever breathe

Twist in place, be taken in loving arms
Safely knowing here
No clawing past can find you
You are hidden in a future
Never before imagined

This was not where you sought
A place which compromised
Would bring you back
To the past, found again
Although here I'll be

By your side,
To live and protect
Serving as the walls
Bricking back the past
And forever loving you
