Is time

A new radiant illumination
Lights up the world with your existence

Today, YOUR soul has shown
A new radiant illumination

Why blame my heart
If it is illuminated by YOUR LOVE?

Your beautiful eyes have
Certainly taken me in your soul

Why blame my heart
If it is illuminated by YOUR LOVE?

Under the shades of LOVE tresses
Buds, blooms and blossoms
The beauty of your inner BEING

Like the morning sun-light
Falling within a dense forest
Adorns the Nature of your universe

Similarly...
The sun-light follows YOU
Wherever you walk...

The flowers shower on YOU blessings
When and wherever you stop...

Whoever you look at
Feels exhilarated ecstasy

Now why blame my heart
If it is illuminated by YOUR LOVE?

Within the calmness of your being
One can see the COSMIC mischief

But when you don't smile
The sky thunders lightning restlessly

Your heart is YOUNG FOREVER
It is drenched in your own BEAUTY
Intoxicating & dissolving
Every LOVERS within YOUR being

Why blame my heart
If it is illuminated by YOUR LOVE?

The places you pass
Cool breeze follows YOU
YOU carry the seasons
Within the ***** of YOU

So why blame my heart
If it is illuminated by YOUR LOVE?

If the hellhounds nip at my ankles--
(And they will)
Promise me you will put flowers at the foot
Of my coffin,
To cover the stubs
That they left.

If angels call for me--
(And they just might)
Hold my hand close to your heart,
But let my summer sunset voice
Fade away into the first night of a too-cold fall.

If the world tries to pull me underneath its cold, damp crust,
Then remember me as I was.

Remember me as spacey.
Remember me as guilty.
Remember me as filled with sorrow.

But most importantly
Remember the smile I smiled just for you.
Remember the laugh that bore your name.
Remember how my hand felt in yours,
And how bad it hurts to see it in his.

Remember my voice as it spoke your name, soft, sweet, and tasting like cool blueberries on a hot spring day.

And remember how I burned it to the ground
With hell hounds at my feet,
With angels at my throat.
Remember that I burned the bridge,
And spat blood into the ashes,
As this Earth swallowed me whole

And I was

Born.

First to die

Now to live

Blue flowers
blossom freely
bouncing silently
Between fresh blades

Bees fly busily
sensing
Feet
spring forward
beneath
blue skies

Soles
sink firmly
Feeling Blessed
by simple
Flowing breezes
Beg for me baby
I'll let you
plead
I'll bleed for you baby
Bite me!
**** me
clean

I must reek of gasoline
As I trudge around
Like a slug
Leaving behind a trail
For the fire to follow
Always racing
Closer and faster
Ready to leap
And devour its prey

Freedom is a heady feeling.
I didn’t know how much I needed to feel.
Until all those emotions had been wrung out,
Except for this bright little jewel.
I'm honestly glad to be out of the situation I was in, it wasn't healthy for anyone.

Understanding the sin but,
Never halting in progress.
The addiction that,
Rules our life;
Underestimating the enemy,
Standing frozen in time,
The fear all around us.
Where we are stranded,
Our lives at risk,
Reminding us of,
The choice we made
Harnessed by the craving,
Yourself slips away.

Well, what did you expect?
A parade and celebration to honor your return?
A banquet and feast laid out just for you?
A thousand people waving and waiting to give you gifts,
every person outdoing the other, each gift more extravagant than the next?
For me to fall into your arms and say that I was waiting for you to come back?
Well, then you've got something coming.
I'm sorry if when I opened the door to your knock,
I didn't react like you thought I would,
But you were the one who said we were over
So I quit crying over you and moved on,
I tried to tell you before, that if you dump me,
You wouldn't get a second chance.
You found someone else with a lot of money,
And so you dumped me and picked her up.
But now you're back and wanting me again,
Your smile and open arms are tempting
But I know better than to trust someone,
Who told me they would never choose another over me.
So don't mind me as I tell you to never set foot here again,
And slam the door in your face.
Because in truth, while I am moving on with my life,
Inside a part of my heart, I'm still crying,
Wishing, I could rewind time.

I heard a rumor that hope still lives somewhere inside you.

The night is a thrilling time in every sense of the word, and you are proud to be a child of this time.

I heard a rumor that you write by the light of the moon and the fluorescents of your bedroom.

Carpe noctum- seize the night. Latin. The flip side of the more commonly used “carpe diem”; in any case, a mantra.

I heard a rumor that you wish on stars for things that feel even further away.

I heard you have an exhausted but insomniac body that needs to be something’d to sleep.

I heard you want to create things, go someplace.

I heard a rumor that you will get there.
