you're the one I want at the end of the day
everything is becoming so clear now
As you jump
From the ledge
Let it play
In your head
Over and over
'Till your skull
Meets the cement
The hours pass and n o th ing moves my senses anymore
I sit inside my sleepless head behind a swinging door
The road is long, my feet are cold and breathing seems to be
The only thing that I can do to let you go of me
For what my words have done to us I may not ever know
But if I had to guess I'd say they turned you into snow
It will not melt again until I put you in the past
And hold myself above the things I didn't want to ask
Where there was once a human life there stands a figurine
An artist came and left me here to eulogize the scene
come and go as you please
I hunger for the comprehension
As to why I find myself alone
Again and again.
My benevolent ties
Eventually become disconnected,
& maybe it's because my intensified design
Craves charismatic moments,
Moments that are too authentic
For those whom I have had the opportunity to encounter.
I hunger for a word
That expresses what it means
To be sad and beautiful at the same time.
For when that word becomes existent,
Our disconnected souls
Will thrive off of its essence.

Someone’s favorite color says a lot about them.

If the color they love is blue,
They could be sad.
Or happy.

If the color they love is yellow,
They could be egotistic.
Or creative.

If the color they love is red,
They could be mad.
Or overtly passionate.

If the color they love is green,
They could be jealous.
Or hopeful.

If the color they love is purple,
They could be immature.
Or covertly heartfelt.

If the color they love is orange,
They could be impatient.
Or adventurous.

If the color they love is pink,
They could be shy.
Or romantic.

If the color they love is black,
They could be depressed.
Or determined.

One color has many different meanings.
We can try to understand someone through colors,
Or even actions they do.

But we truly cannot know how someone feels,
Until we ask them.
I know I am missing a lot of colors out of the world, but I just felt like doing the most common colors... And this is my first ever poem on here!
