Nothing is greater than the beach.
The majestic, beautiful white sand has an exhilirating thrill to your eyes.
The sound of the abundant and grandiose seagulls bring absolute and utter joy to your ears.
The delicate and radiant ocean is a whole different story.
The superb, splendid and stunning crystal clear water puts your soul at tranquility.
The creature that lurks beneath.
It has no soul.
The black, heinous and bloodcurdling mist dwells in its bowls.
It shrieks in the night, for it is thirsting for a new super.
It reduces a garnish persona to nothing but a pile of shallow and pessimistic ash.
Beware of this creature.
For it is not tangible.
It is not palpable.
It is not corporeal.
This beastly, callous phantom is only the deepest part of our conscious.
Where all the treacherous things go to stay.
Building up, they flourish into what is lurking beneath.

Oh stars in the sky..
Can you hear my cry..
Can you see what i see..
Can you feel what I feel..
Can you tell me the love thats insane..
Can you throw all the hurt thats running through my veins..
Can you be my friend..
On such a long trend..
Where a path unknown winds..
Oh stars in the sky..
Can you hear my cry..?
Darkness, it's so mysterious
A sign of the abyss
We can't penetrate it with our eyes
We will never no what's beneath

It can be a color called black
Which people will wear
It's for grieving and for sadness
And for protection too
They won't come near, if they fear
The emotional abyss
The one that in srounded by our
Dark outfit

It can be a hiding place
For those who always fear
With no lights they can't come near.
It gives us a place of freedom
But it frees our enemies too
We can't see them coming,
The monsters under the bed.
As they hide within
Their darkened mist
In the dark abyss.

It can be the unknown,
A shade of mystery.
We are all left in the dark
When we think of this shade.
We can't see, we can't know
Whatever lies beneath,
Is unknown to us humans
As it wiggles in the deep.

It can be evil
The sign of tainted good
The color white muddied,
By the darkened sins.

It shows us when to hide
Since the monsters come at night
It is the spookist of colors
The one that shows us death.

But it can be beauty too,
A protective guard over us.
A shroud of mystery
To keep the others guessing.

It lets us be alone
When we truly wish.
It hides us from our enemies
And keeps the small ones safe

After all when its night
And we all wish to sleep
We plunge our selves into darkness
And welcome the abyss.
Repost if the darkness has ever shown you beauty, protection or hope. And please comment I'm always happy to see what you have to say about my poems

As the people pass by
I look
And listen
And watch
And realize there are countless stories
Of laughter and tears
Of regret and happiness
Of victory and failure
Of dreams and impossibilities
Of beauty and horribleness
Of wholeness and brokenness
Of everything and nothing
That I will never learn of
For I am merely a tiny part
In the grand scheme of things
Feeling pretty down tonight. Do you ever just feel too much?

Chasing seeking with my eyes open reflections gained from past experience
Reaching now with trembling hands again afraid to offer trust
Shifting always northward shadows behind me cast by each new days dawn
Finding solitude and refuge in my thoughts and dreams I cast that to time REM periods of sleep
Forgotten crystal shot rainbow daydreams once thought so important to my life and me
Again I dare to reach forward outward with trembling hands grasping for the future who's days will calm my past
Again that fast flowing stream called life viewed with eyes burdened by past experience sorrow wells up to those who didn't last
Again chasing seeking those rattling ghosts casting them finally at last
Chasing seeking with eyes of steel created by my past

from ash to soul and soul to ash,
a continuation of life ever-last;
dancing with hexahedron hierarchy --
eating off epidemic oligarchy --

we've crowned a fool, with saviours in town;
our eyes in wool, 'til we turn around,
with eyes of indigo, soaring free,
an extra sight within the trees...

soon each shape moulds together as one,
like scattered stars at midnight come,
an image emerges from the light,
which unveils such a splendid sight:

the fall of kings, the rise of queens
and all the other fragile things;
love and beauty on the tongue,
swivelled down into the lungs,

knowing not what to become,
the cringe of fear resides in some;
hide inside a box with ***
until the waking morning comes...

it's time to rise: wake up! wake up!
leave your box, dispose of cups;
out of the office, into vast love
of a day which is anew, because --

the dark is done if you wish to banish;
revolution is not so outlandish,
when fish merely roam in schools of thought,
with nothing ever truly taught,

until one day, the shark will come,
and cause you to despise your ***,
your weak hand, and your menace,
for all is well when there is penance,

"for they know not what they do...",
leader to people, as lion to shrew;
abolishing all antiquity
in order to reach sublimity.

The sea, endless, magnificent blue
Reminds me of your deep swirling eyes
Looking at me with mischievous love
Reflecting the big, open skies

The stars of the dark night
Remind me of the scars dotted on your skin
Painting your body in loose touches
Polaroids of everywhere you've been

The Sun, in its bright glory
Reminds me of your smile
Radiating, powerful, from cheek to cheek
Sadly, I haven't seen it in a while.

And finally, I must say, my love
I realize, as I finish this verse
Before, I saw the universe in you
*Now, I see you in the universe
I don't know but yeah.
