AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

IN AN ATTEMPT TO DAZZLE YOUR SENSES...
BY CRYING THESE WORDS...
I FOUND OUT...
I MAY BE THE ONLY ONE HERE, FEELING MY OWN SELF!

SO DO YOU!
IT'S LIKE A ROOM WITH A 10000000000000000 PEOPLE DANCING, ALL DANCING FOR THEMSELVES!

AHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA!
Marlon James, Porto Portugal                                   01-05-2014
...There's madness
in the sky
that forces a scream
An attempt to
fill up the empty spaces
in the air
Desire falls apart
with the world as
hope floats beyond reach
Heavy things fall
in the dark and
making the right choice
doesn't always
lead to something that
would make us happy...
The pain
will always linger with
the emptiness
consuming the anger
It seems
the waiting has its own reasons
to forget...

Crack a hole in my skull
to let some light in
I’m walking around confused
checking out the numbers
on the side of houses
I’m walking around whistling the theme tune
of a movie I never saw
in light tinted green through newly sprung leaves
I bask in the holy midday sun
everything so fresh and new
it makes one forget about mistakes
and tomorrows
and consequence
pour me a strong, cold drink
I want to live life
on an endless back porch summer night
where the insects and the trees make their music
as we slowly let go
of the parts of ourselves
which hold no real weight
cut me to see if I bleed
I bet the blood would never come
too thick from the sweat induced
dehydration
I’m drinking iced coffee
on an infinite stretch of broad street
I’m climbing the trees of my childhood
to pick the fruits of my memories
they taste like nostalgia
and they taste like you
how I imagine you taste
if we were cast together
outside of time
these are the musings
of a mind riddled with growing up

A: I don't want to get used to you,
I know I will be the one ending up  d ev a  s  t a t   ed

B: Will that be mutual too? I love you.
Good things happen to those who wait.
You're the good thing.
I will wait.

A: Why are you doing this to me?
Why do you want to hurt me this much?

B: I thought you moved on by now.

I fell in love
with poetry the day
it became the only thing
I understood.
