Indeed, she’s a
once-in-a-lifetime
shooting star;
fleeting, cutting
through the
night sky.

What joy to
have seen
such fire.
What misery
to know she
will never
be mine.
Once-in-a-lifetime
Sometimes,
I catch myself
wondering what
it feels like to be
loved by you.

I’m almost certain
it would be blissful;
as if my heart’s
gonna burst into
gazillion pieces,
and like stardust,
float across the
infinite cosmos.

But it is a distant dream.
And it’s time to wake up.
I wonder.
Little did she know,
I love her
and the chaos
in her heart.
In times of fear
In times of hatred
In times of doubt
Love conquers

In times of difficulty
In times of sadness
In times of anger
Love triumphs
They tell us about
the stars that shine
But never about the
scars and the scary times
on the canvas. I was
wet and dripping like a feral
kitten. My creator didn’t lay me
out in the sun. And so, my colors

run. The red and blues
look purple. The mother’s milk
curdled. Throwing me up as *****. And so,
I left a stain. Beaten by the brush

I lost my sense of touch. Now
I’m oily. I’m a spill in a broken
frame. I hang on the wall as
a flower. None admire me. But I haven’t
nerves to leave.
For me it's quite simple
Love and Adventure
Laughing and Caring
Being together
It's really just that simple
Old stuff is good stuff
Would rather spend money
On going on roadtrip's
Spending time together
I need to feel alive & desired
I give so much &
I don't need much
Its that simple
It's the time we have
It's all we get
So why not enjoy it
Make the most of the moments
Appreciate what we got
It's really just that simple

Sometimes inspiration is free
Other-times it costs you the world
In our abandon we seek
Divinity, eternity
And often the meaning
Of our words
Eludes even us
Are we an author?
A seeker?
A valiant warrior
Braving the darkness
Seeking for such elusiveness
It sets the mind free
Within that darkness
Lies the eternal
A place without form
A castle, a dungeon
And for the unwise
A prison without end
And only those
Well acquainted
With their own madness
May tread its murky waters
To pluck that fruit
Whose shape is an omnipresent
Kaleidoscope of meanings
And to solidify its form
And cast it onto sprawling page
This is our work
Our bottomless pit
Our greatest weakness
And our ultimate triumph.
