A frangipani candle,
Sandalwood perfume
The shimmer of the shadows,
That light up the room

A hard covered book
With a silver inscription,
Warm jasmine tea,
Baklava from the kitchen

Soft red lipstick
And a robe of white silk
Dark lash rimmed eyes,
A bath of rose petals, floating in milk

Sweet drifting music
From the balmy outside,
The chirping of cicadas
And the whisper of the tide

Gentle gold jewellery
Which can carry you away
A feather pillow on the wooden floor,
The start
                          To the end
                                                       Of the day

I know its forbidden, wish I could stop it
Never felt this way before.
With just a look I swoon
the longing to see your silhouette
The lust buds, yet I can't stop it
When you look at me, my heart skips a beat
Wish I could tame it.
Your smile ignites my demon, if only I could train it.
I Chained it in the darkest hue of my desire.
My dreams is where I could have you, just all to my self
I dream you pinning me against a wall
Your passionate kiss just shudders my soul
and there I stand all melting in your arms.
Yet again its my dream, a forbidden land of my desire
I know my virtues have become blind
but I'm a victim of my dark passion, a crime.
Forbidden it is, I know.

We have travelled far since last Summer
Purple Crocuses peep upward, sunward
while buds are green tipping tree branches.
Our love is almost one year older, wiser,
hopefully we will take our chances, to love
this coming season a full cup, overflowing.
We have travelled far in our hearts, searching,
and found some comfort in the wild familiar.

There is beauty in the way she unravels herself to me.
How she plucks on the strings of her well-worn corset of flesh,
With fingers skimming over the buttons and hooks that made her once distant to me.
Stripping the clothes of Herself until she stands naked as a baby.
Placing her Trust in the cradle of my arms and her Heart in my hands.

There is beauty on how she self-destructs infront of me.
The prismatic glass pieces of her soul scattered like fallen snow
As I hammered through it with an ice pick of words, lies and promises to be kept.
Her tears ****** dry as the last falls down like a diamond discarded.

Birds and bees rest lonely in the garden,
Suckling the milk of bleeding flowers
Until their mouths drip sweet golden sin;
Clear feathered wings piling in towers,
Reaching and ripping empyrean sky
To lick a relentless tangerine sun.
How you take up but a corner of I,
While razing the grasses of all but some -
Outlines of spring buds painted with cold, blue
Reality, pooling beneath my feet
Ready to drown the air for me and you,
Washing green til it's the color of wheat.
Serendipity fills me with unease
As I sit within rings of broken trees.

Lush sweet
you sing the beckon
touching my lips down

Shiver quiet
tendrils entwine your ribbon
suckling my whispered thought

Flush raining
your flood bathes valleys
unsought yet driving madness

Silken lover
quicken this ache
rapture my dawning arc

Pearled....
