Have you ever thought about
  what your mother's love is worth?
It's the closest thing to Heaven
  any man can feel on earth!

It's so meaningful and true
  as she holds you in her arms.
She'll protect and keep you safe
  from this life and all it's harms!

She'll stand right by your side
  no matter what you've done.
She'll be the one to hold you up
  when your so called friends are gone!

Yes she brought you here to earth
  and you'll find she'll take you out;
If at one time in your life
  her precious love you ever doubt

For no matter what the time,
  when my running now is done;
Mom'll wrap me in her arms
  saying "Welcome home my son!"

So listen as I tell you now;
  you will never find another,
Heart thats filled so full of love,
  as the heart of my mother!

When the darkness shrouds around us,
  and life's storms all come our way;
Know My God still holds the future,
  and the sun will rise today!

For He knows our every battle,
  every little thing we do;
He is always watching 'ore us,
  and He'll always see us through!

Yes, we've all seen troubled waters,
  had our lives rocked to and fro;
Know we've got Him as Our Captain,
  and He's always in control!

As the lightning strikes around us
  and the thunder's deafening roar;
He will guide us through our troubles,
  so we'll reach the other shore!

Oh there's times we'll be so fearful,
  not a hope on which to stand;
Then He'll keep and show us comfort,
  in the hollow of His Hand!

Yes there's days our faith will falter,
  you can doubt Him if you dare;
Yet He'll always be Our Anchor,
When we need Him, He is there!

Now you see when trials gather,
  trust in Him for all your days;
Know My Lord will comfort give you,
  and He'll calm those angry waves!

I'm not the best dad known to man
I don't have money or fame
I definitely don't have super strength
I stagger from life's pain!
I haven't been just where I should
Beside you everyday
I haven't followed My Lord's design
In life or any way!
I haven't lived a life to brag
Or be so proud about
Yet one things known that when I love
It's love you'll never doubt!
So as you read these words right now
As written from my heart
Just know I'm in Gods fold again,
I've got a brand new start!
Now as I live each day for Him
I'll show you love you've  missed
I'll tell you what you are to me
Let's start with this small list -
You're my princess and my angel
My precious shooting star
My gorgeous gem, the brightest pearl,
My ALL is what you are!

There's one thing now I know in life;
   My God will answer prayer.
He watches 'ore me night and day,
   my burdens for to bear!

He's willing to forgive my sin,
   if simply I will ask;
He'll heal the wounds, the broken hearts,
   and leave them in the past!

Don't worry 'bout those little things,
   just give them all to God;
He'll show you He is in control
   in ANY life we trod!

When ever feeling all alone,
   just trust in this one thing-
My God is always by your side;
   your sheltered 'neath His wing!

He's sure to let some hard times come,
   He let's us feel some pain;
He'll make our hearts more pliable,
   with heat from trial's flame!

Don't EVER get so down and out
   and think He's left your side,
Just turn and look - He's standing there,
   with arms spread open wide!

So think about this in your life,
   when Satan means you harm;
My God has got you safely wrapped-
   in comfort of His Arms!

There is coming a special day,
   when I'll see my Saviour's face;
When the dead in Christ shall rise
   since He saved me by His grace!

As those Angel's trumpet sound,
   He will take us by the hand;
Lead us to our Final Home,
   nestled up in Beaulah Land!

No more heartaches will be known,
   not one tear will dim the eye;
As the storms of life all pass,
   not a cloud left in the sky!

Once we've crossed inside those gates,
   no more burdens more to bear;
No more parting, no more pain,
   not one sorrow over there!

We'll live forever on that shore,
   never grow a bit more old;
Time in Heaven will not count,
   as we'll walk those streets of gold!

Don't you think I'm poor or lonely,
   this 'ole world is not my home;
For I'm just-a-passin' through-
   thinking 'bout that place I'll roam!

When to Heaven I've ascended,
   could be morning night or noon;
With My Jesus right beside me-
   Heaven's Angels all in tune!

I can hear those trumpets sounding,
   yes I know I'm Heaven bound:
Since I found Him as My Saviour,
   I'll receive a harp and crown!

I never once knew loneliness
Could bring about such fear
Until that day I lost your love
Now lost and lonely dear!
You brought me so much happiness
You filled me with delight
Now as I'm here all by myself
My sunshine turned to night!
See not to very long ago
You came into my life
No matter how I pushed away
You still became my wife!
You loved me like no other has,
You softened hardest heart,
Yes with your soft and gentle touch
You ripped my life apart!
Now love you see's a touchy word
'Cause sometimes its so cruel,
For often times you love someone
To find you've been a fool!
Although I made safe boundaries
Your love pushed right on through
I felt I knew what real love was
But found it wasn't true!
When one heart loves another
As life swings to and fro
Sometimes your love is shown the best
By letting loved ones go!
So this I've done unwillingly
I know it wasn't right
To hold on to your love no more-
I finally quit the fight!
My heart still longs for you my dear
My mind is all a buzz
I never once before have felt
What lonely really was!

I don't have pull with Cupid's bow
Or chocolate covered hearts
No shiny things or fancy rings
To set my love apart!
We may not have the biggest house
Or grandest way to live
Yet not a man alive today
Has this much love to give!
You must believe the words I say
I love you so my dear
I can't afford the finer things
So let me make it clear-
Since actions speak a million words
Each time I hold you tight-
I'm telling you I love you so-
A trillion times each night!
I don't just speak these words I say
And trust you will believe,
I plan to show you everyday
With love you will receive!
I promise you not on this earth
You'll find a love like mine,
