I miss her light,
She brings in this darkness,
I'll wait here by the phone,
With these stained curtains closed,
My walls are already dripping,
In regret and Revere.

I miss her light,
Heating up this cold heart,
Longing for those bright eyes,
Truly a work of art,
I just need a moment to apologise.

I miss her light,
I'll tell myself not to ride,
Down this road of infinite,
Into a world of terror,
If heaven or hell decide,
Which destiny I'll reside.

I'll still be here, thinking of you,
In the darkest of rooms.
A poem about regret!
i wanted an angel.

peach flavoured love that dripped down my chin, lips covered in sugar.

i wanted passion.

to ascend unlonely through the cotton candy sky with all of its lovely whispers.

i wanted a muse.

someone to kiss and tell the world about as i bit my sugar dusted lip, and dreamed of their sunfilled mouth, and i wanted constant contact and all of the tell me you love me moments.

my fragile lungs would hardly be able to breathe in air as pure as the air that they'd breathe.

i wanted an angel to love until i became one. I needed love so badly that it would choke me with cold hands, frigid but still warm somehow.

i wanted guidance. to soar away from here.
A teardrop rains down
From the crest of the Heavens
The sky is alive

What I Feel
Forgotten flame within my heart,
I pray you now burn bright.
Regain that spark that once was lost,
Live once again this night.

Burn deep within my soul once more,
Ignite my world anew,
Then flicker softly, light my way
And shine on someone new.

you steal away to be alone

it takes time to sieve the present

so much of the past clamouring

you give it all back to the Universe

and the Universe cradles its child.
Heart

Breaking to pieces

Face

Showing it not

But for a lonely

tear

And a

smile

Small and

sad
