I eat your poetry like ice cream.
It settles in orbits in my mind.
A universe of words swirling
into meanings understood by
the lost souls called poets.
The rain has
Washed away
Some part of me
So even in sun
I drip.
Lord of Apokalips
Rules with an iron fist
Stolid he stands
As he plans
To seize all of it
Conquer the rest
Of the known
Multiverse
Of New Genesis Gods
He is surely the worst
As he suffers
No subject’s
Objection
Perfection
Is all he expects
From his children's
Progression
And rivals
The steel
Son of El
In his strength
His omega beams spanning
The spaceways at length
In pursuit of his target
The League in their tower
His vengeance evinces
True meaning of power
Been all these places
And seen all these sights
Just to plummet
From summits
Of what is life heights
For with death
Am enamored
And stammered
To find
The write words
To describe
Her sublime
Suicide
on a staircase in frankfurt, german financial centre.

a habesha lady in company of two brothers; one of them, a rastafarian, is carrying a beautiful young girl in his arms.

the habesha lady grabs into the girl's ***** blonde hair, saying: "her hair looks so good."

by the sound of her voice, i sense clearly that she has been on strong drugs excessively.

what will be her fate?
and, more importantly, was this girl her daughter?
(Habesha is a term to describe, roughly, people of Eritrean and Ethiopan descent.)

Keep in mind that strong drugs haven't been part of our cultures for long, while the traditions of Christian, Jewish, Islamic, Hindu and Buddhist religion have been established for centuries.

And religion is a source of hope, strength and belongingness for many.

But often, faith by itself is not sufficient to keep addicts clean.

That's why the message has to be spread:

THEY ARE GOING TO HELP EVERY ADDICT:

I won't fight you
If you want to take a U-turn
I'll just let the rain pelt down
Freezing me until it burns
Everything moves on and maybe you will too
I'll just disappear into the past
I'm in chains and shackles
And I'm on death row
I won't escape your judgment
I don't fear death but I'm terrified of losing you
Now I'm lying face down and blindfolded on a guillotine
Will you behead me and my dreams and future?
Or will you let me live on and flourish in your love?
Our paths crossed each other
Then we went one way and held on
We've gotten so close now
I want to keep walking on this path with you
But I see a fork in the distance
It worries me on where you will go next
You might just turn left and leave me alone
We've seen so much between our intertwined existence
I want to see where our path leads us
But hopefully not a dead end

If love is for fools
And hate is for monsters
Where does that leave me?

Somewhere in between
Lost in this shuffle
Wandering between forest and sea

Not quite belonging to either
But needing to be with the trees
Someday I’ll grow my roots
