Dowse me in the spirit of consciousness
until that inner dwelling where I've chanced to hide
is incinerated with the fire of a billion moons

Until I can forget the hurt I've caused
to a sparkling star
a dying planet
and a lovestruck machine.

Grant me the power to hold in my gloved hand
the ashes of the past
and to further crush them
until they can't infiltrate
the filters within my dreams.

And then, pray give me endurance
that I may learn to dance among the constellations
with the grace of a newborn faun,
to fall and to stumble among the comets
and to learn to love
with the disadvantage
or a hurling meteor.

For what good is there
in claiming to know togetherness
when you live

Just a vent. But in a way that won't hurt anyone. I hate hurting people but seem to do it without even trying.

You
No flower can grow without soil
Like me
Without you
you asked why i'm still around
when your so obviously broken
most men would be sprinting
after seeing you so un-made up

truth is they were weak
where they saw damage
I saw strength
cant recognize it if you lack it

I knew the real you the day we met
felt your edges and never looked back
we don't have to fix each other
we fit together

in the end I love you because i know
that anyone who smiles so brightly
can only have lived in the darkness
and that's beautiful

Solitude
Some poems belong in the dawn.
"I begged solitude to take me tenderly as I slept."
Didn't you know?
Death is the poor man's doctor.

"I deny. I deny. Not anymore.
I worship him."

Shakes
You see, turning water into wine
is the same thing
as turning
blood
into liquid gold

"I drank the gold
and it plagued my gut,
I scream at solitude to come take me."

Fear's
Do you think monsters fall in love too?
"Monsters fall and tumble and fracture.
They fall the hardest;
it's humans who don't."
Oh, but how can you be so sure?
"I've seen both, I've been both."

Hand
Tell me about the crimes
that are your lovers and your ghosts.

"Both have given me kisses,
both have left with blood on my wrists."

Greetings wearing thin
"Don't you think what prophecy did to sleeping beauty
was better than what the prince did to her?"
Like mother said,
pick your poisons wisely.

We were sitting face to face in a coffee shop,
and from the depths of your eyes.
I know you contemplated me.
With a hint of sheepish smile,
You told me that
you've got the prettiest eyes I've ever seen

May 22nd, 2.01 PM
You were gazing right at me,
Still with those warm orbs of yours.
You leaned closer and whispered against my ear.
Your eyes look a lot like Hello-Kitty
And you said Hello-Kitty is evil.

September 08th, 3.12 AM
As I sit back and reminisce
I can't help but question myself,
Is that how fast a feeling can change?

Oh miss Spring,
With a Autumn breeze, that can make anyone dream.

Oh miss Spring, you enchant people,
Making them stop in place,
And start dreaming of a better place.

Oh miss Spring, there you are,
You have come back along,
To fill the world with life and dreams.

Look at the beauty that starts to shine,
Back into the world,
Miss spring you bring happiness and hope into the world.

i have been alone.
the wind erupts
through open windows,
sending papers flying
about this empty apartment
in the city.
shocking cold tiles
strike my feet
as i chase.
my heart beats
as the wind slows
to a creak,
the rocking chair on my
neighbors balcony.
my age,
almost a fourth
of my life expectancy.
i have been alone
far too long.
