•my
arms point
to the sky•
a gesture
                           frozen in                 eter-
                                 nity•un-                fazed as
                                   the clouds                whisper a
        lie•                 rumours of                 rain that
  never               came quickly•            prickles
protrude             menacingly            •threaten-
ing all who          would stray         too close•
baseless            gossip that   masquerade
as pleasant-   ry•to deviate me from
the path i chose•still i stand
here...duelling the sun
•in a land scorched
barren•search-
ing for hope
when there's
really none•
here i stand...
lonely and
drought
stricken•

•like clockwork,
  her day would begin
•pressures of life like no
one could imagine•toting the
crushing weight upon her tiny shou-
lders•responsibilities and expectations that
would overwhelm before she falters•she'd ***-
ble as she groans her duress•her skin would crack
to release pent up stress•then there would come a day
•her exhausted veins would rupture and then give way
•she has the most terrible temper•but we would still flock
to her•
why?*........when time and again she offers us strife•

simply because she provides,
she gives us life•

•such grace carelessly
riding•the currents of my heart
and mind•beauty of your biolumines-
cence ensnaring • my thoughts amuck and
senses blind•membranous crown bears much
truth yet laden with lies•malicious tendrils,
unassuming but ever ready•immune to
my pleas and woeful cries•how could
something so captivating... and delicate,
be so painfully deadly•

She is that quiet girl you glaze over in class.
The one most barely notice when they pass.
She is the girl who hides a pain in her heart
And only lets it out through her art.

She is the future psychology major
Who’s always willing to help you with a favor.
The one who couldn’t give up hope if you begged her
Because it’s one of the few things that makes her heart stir.

I wish I could say she is the only love of my life
Because she deserves a whole heart…
Not someone who can merely give her a part
And lead her repeatedly into strife…

But for some reason she stays
She stays to be my hope when I have lost my belief
And holds me when my heart is full of grief.
She is starting to make me remember the simple things,
And is beginning to become the one that with her light brings.

I may not be able to give her my whole heart,
But I will stand by her side until she wishes to part.
Because even if this love doesn’t last,
I can’t imagine her ever being a piece of my past.

I love you, Ally
Just keep your chin high,
And one day I promise you’ll learn how to fly.

Armed to the teeth, he was every bit a soldier, fighting fit,
Had even an excessive zeal, for conquest bordering to
obsessive compulsive neurosis.he never could relax.
But the moment she was sighted,as an apparition,in his radar,
it was a  near a melt down; how quickly did he transform!
"Yes"  his command center, flashed a message, "See the target"
This was a surprise! contrary to what he thought his nature was
he stands now  stripped naked to the core, ready in true love mode
Love creates chinks even in the thickest of armour
