Desolated Trees
Shivam Jun 2014
The sky start shading,
flashlight flicking it all the way,
vehicles honking all away.
I stand day,
among desolated trees.

Bulbs start glowing
Birds cease chirping
Wind still whistling
I stand still,
among desolated trees

Moths start flying in hoping
I too love them tonight.
They crave for light
that killed all last night.
I stand lone,
among desolated trees

My light starts fading as
the dawn starts gazing.

So now I stand on paved
ground turned off,
hoping you do heart me
Is all that I pray.
It's about the lamppost in busy market along which couples takes photos. Where a man stand in hat and face covered and gives us the solemn look of lamppost.

DESOLATED LANDS

Oh, I feel so lost in this darken world,
where love and peace was once with me,
now all I see is stagnated waters,
where the Nile River needs to be clean,
frogs are dead, flies are a sick pest
where people are walking around losing
their heads wishing, they were already dead,
where hearts are swimming in circles
of innocent blood, of the hands of the unloved,
In my mind, I see all kinds,
ponds of tears are always near holding on to fear,
in my darken dreams I hear screams,
beyond all imagination,
black roses have lost all petals,
they all burned up into rose dust,
flowing into the deserts air
ashes from ashes gone back to the grave,
where once wild roses did grow,
but that was some time ago,
Now the only seed that has been sown
Is the transgressions that bloom deep
into the minds of the hating kind,
where violence erupts where there is no love,
like an ancient fire work that kills the souls
in a nasty war,
Oh, fiery eyes fathomed the night
Where cools and souls of long ago
In the ground of the lost that was never found,
Oh, how loneliness is in the curl of the world,
ripping away at the hearts,
Bodies are out staining the stained
of a desolated land,
root rots the heart of lies,
that plays games on the mind,
of the unbinding souls of sometime ago.

Happiness

Hi, I'm Happiness!

People don't invite me too often.
They live in melancholy, I feel forgotten.
My heart is ravaged by sadness.
Everybody wants me but, can't have me.
I'm simple; they make me complicated.
Sometimes people get unnerve because they don't want to lose me.

Hi,I'm Happiness!

I feel desolated.
I come in different forms;
As your lover, ice-cream, family, shopping
..still I'm short lived in your lives.

Hi,I'm Happiness

I'm in your mind;
not your final destination.
