Fall into love,
like the waves on the sand.
The land and the sea,
our tides hand in hand.

Breath life into living,
respiring the seasons.
Be like the sun,
shine needing no reasons.

Recall friendly memories,
and laugh in despair.
A world with no smile

I stare at you defiantly
Like a child stares at the sun
I stare because you burn.
Because you radiate instability.

Now the space between our bodies  is poisonous,

A grandfather clock
Guardian of my dreams

Chimes to awaken me
Ticking over until dawn
Returning me to lucid memories
But I am conscious
Of this enchanting metronome
Clicking over

Am I asleep?

Vital,
I remain unchanged
because I was told once

I am I stupid to believe

The velvet blush of sunrise,
Shames the brightest of stars.

Weave through the roots
Mangroves alike.
A foxtail, catch it quickly.
The birds sing for you help.
Grapes fall from their vineyard.
You have run too far.
Don't give up.
A cacophony ensues.
The nesting hens are disturbed.
The fox is gone and along with his prize.
