A something in a summer’s Day
As slow her flambeaux burn away
Which solemnizes me.

A something in a summer’s noon—
A depth—an Azure—a perfume—
Transcending ecstasy.

And still within a summer’s night
A something so transporting bright
I clap my hands to see—

Then veil my too inspecting face
Lets such a subtle—shimmering grace
Flutter too far for me—

The wizard fingers never rest—
The purple brook within the breast
Still chafes it narrow bed—

Still rears the East her amber Flag—
Guides still the sun along the Crag
His Caravan of Red—

So looking on—the night—the morn
Conclude the wonder gay—
And I meet, coming thro’ the dews
Another summer’s Day!
A lone voice calls out
Never reaching the stars
Left floating in frigid space
On a blind, infinite journey
Rejection

Nearby are others
Insults are constant gifts
Thrown like red meteorites
And suffocating nebulas
Rejection

Even the cruel pain
Ripping mercilessly
A black hole ******* souls in
Ruthless strength conquers everything

Ambition cannot find him.
Affection doesn’t know
How many leagues of nowhere
Lie between them now.

Yesterday, undistinguished!
Eminent Today
For our mutual hone, Immortality!
I am of dust, from dust.
Time has created me.
And time will **** me.
The greatest serial killer--
Mortality.
I am not a good man.
I will fall again, again.
I am time
(watch
me
watch
me
watch
me)
I am nobody
Eating insanity
I am of attention, from attention
this land of gray rubble--
Endless-- endless
time-- watch it constrict me
watch
please dear god i am not immortal.
I am a dead man.
In a dead land.

I suppose the time will come
Aid it in the coming
When the Bird will crowd the Tree
And the Bee be booming.

I suppose the time will come
Hinder it a little
When the Corn in Silk will dress
And in Chintz the Apple

I believe the Day will be
When the Jay will giggle
At his new white House the Earth
That, too, halt a little—

I reach towards the sky,
I,
Said my goodbyes,
My,
Heart's always with you now.

Don't ask me why,
Don't need to cry,
The stars in the night,
I'm with the light.
To the man who made me who I am

Being with you was like learning without a textbook
I just watched and copied and made it my own
From gardening to maths
You made me my own genius

I didn't have to speak for you to know what was wrong
You didn't judge me for the silly things I said
Or how I never learnt at school
You taught me to teach my self

You were my Mr Miyagi
With less riddles more jokes
I learnt that laughter can flood rooms like tidal waves
And we were leaves to float in it

And now you're gone I wont mourn
You would tell me to stop crying and cut my hair
I will use laughter to put a smile on raggedy dolls
And the stories to keep the dark days down

Thank you for being the Godfather of giggles
Making Sunday dinners not the day to fear Mondays
Having gardening not be a chore but a way to think
Rest well Granddad.
