Anyone
can rhyme,
But only
we,
Bleed
words
on paper
Yay! My first 10w.
Of course I want to see you again,
That's the one thing I want the most.
Even though you recoiled from me, and left me lost.

Them butterflies in my stomach will torture me while I'm thinking on you appearing,
And won't go away even after you're gone.
They'll end up filling me whole.
Then overflow.

I think I can handle them butterflies,
But what I still can't do, is dealing with the thought of you.
don't pretend like you know me
because
you haven't been around in a while
or a month
or some years
I can no longer remember how much
...
i think i miss you sometimes
or the essence of you
or the memory of you
or us.
...
i said,
'i think maybe we were meant to be
but somewhere inbetween
the field of daisies and
wishing on dandelions,
we did something wrong'

you said,
'we forgot about ourselves
and our old selves'
...
and the silence at 3:01 am
seems somehow to connect me
with the parts of me that i lost
trying to find your smile
they connect me to the day
when you said
'things will change'
and they never did

to
me.

so don't pretend that
you do not miss me
sometimes

when the particles of dust
fly from your old couch in the afternoon
like if they were parts of my soul
**that are not yet done
leaving your body.
closing time.

~

Violins sing of purest flame,
alluring harmonies warm the air
Heart beat crescendos keep time
as ember’d flutes whisper beauty
and misty cellos lull wondrous dreams
on the aria of our love

Treble clef desires
curve softly upon your tender heart
while clarinets breathe amorous
melodies of soothing affection,
enchanting serenades
caress our every silent sigh

Forever playing an eternal
symphony of fire,
burning euphonious,
heated temptations
in ever lasting
*orchestral bliss
Inspired by a conversation with an angel who has completely touched my heart
