I could tell you my problems
I could sing you a song
To tell the tales of woe
all night long

I could cut out my chest
and give you my heart
I could wipe away the blood
so you could tell them apart

I could show you the scars
of my own words
or my flaws
I could show you my dead birds

I could disgorge all my thoughts
I could draw you a table
and explain to you my sky
I could do all these things, but you'd never be able

To see
**Why
This world
Is not the world our grandparents lived in
We are less connected with the natural world
Separated by televisions and computers
People who spend their lives online
Distracted by flashy adverstisements
Bombarded by commercials
Telling you why you aren't good enough
Or your life isn't easy enough
And how they can make you look better
Feel better
Be smarter
Have an easier time getting places
And doing things with less effort
We forget that how we look
Feel
And our intelligence
Might just be good enough
For you and the people around you
We need to take a break from all the consumerism
And reconnect with ourselves
And each other
To become human again
Watching tv so....

The Jarl
The fangs of my own mind sink into me.
I need some anti-venom or I'm history.
I try to fight back but it's to no avail.
The toxicity spreads; it's inevitable prevail.
I realize my fate, my brain gives up on me.
The anti-venom is  empty.
I'm history.
How I wonder
that
the blots
on my heart
are
the only colours
I have
in my life.
The only thing that I think should be mine isn't supposed to be.

Unwanted
That's not religion, religion is something you believe something you hear and just can't stop thinking about. Religion is finding that one thing you believe in,that your spirit connects to. If you don't feel that then don't force it. But that is just my opinion
