Love is a beacon of light
in a cold dark lonely place
yet often it can Start a fight
but still be Seen with grace
love will Not abandon you
although it may evolve
as long as you love others too
there is your resolve
love is Not an Iron block
you can throw against a wall
mostly it is week and fragile
and sometimes very small
love is Not immortality
like some poets may say
One day it will seize to be
but thats what makes it great
So cherish love with understanding
But please dont throw a Fit
everything will have its ending
just Know it will be missed.
Sometimes love lasts but in todays world just enjoy while it does
children mean so much they have lots to give
they make the world go round and help us all to live
lots of smiling faces  as they begin to play
they make the world so happy each and every day.

make us feel so proud as they begin to grow
what they want to do in life they all ready know
bring us back our joy when ever we feel blue
they are always there and help you to pull through.

everyone needs children no matter what the race
to make the world we live in such a happy place
I burnt out my head
on the asphalt jungle,
doctor recommended
rest and relaxation
and these little blue pills,
now I'm living in the burbs,
on a cul-de-sac of ritalin rainbows
& my neighbors are druggie unicorns
{Remember the pen is the blade. You may say that no one cares for you but they do. You just have to believe that you are strong, {you will fight to live or die trying}. Contemplating suicide, cutting for relief, playing around with death isn’t the right way to handle deep depression, it only make’s it worse. You are worth it, not worthless. You were born for a reason, don’t take your life, someone out there is lost and it may be you that they need to find cause you can save them. Determination is the key to success. We all have a pessimistic side but we also have the ability to defeat it}

{Stacie Orrico- Strong Enough}

~You are strong, believe in yourself, pursue your dreams, be you, you’re beautiful and don’t ever forget it~

Negative thoughts filled the mind
Emotions darkening, making the eyes blind
The voices are talking
Telling you to regret your life, while your soul they are stalking
-
Just say to your self ‘I am strong’
You can defeat the wrong
You are worth something because if you wasn’t, you wouldn’t be living
Your dreams, keep believing
-
Turn your obstacles into stepping stones
There are others who are fighting too, so you aren’t alone
Yea, suicide speaks
But so can you, the right path you should seek
-
Tears of sadness you may cry
Just sing your happy lullaby
You will win this depression battle my friend
There’s no need to make a fatal end

This poem brings back bittersweet moments.
Now regarding that grey
You see in my hair
Let me explain
How it got there

Each one was earned
Through battle and strife
And represents enemies slain
And battles won in my life

So before you challenge me
This or any day
Know I still have what it takes
To earn a little more grey.
Some call me a prophet
Others see me as a derelict
These stories I’ve stored in my head
Can easily be twisted to fantasy

Am I reliable?
You have no choice
But to take what I say and believe
At least for a little while

I believe the listener
Is as naïve as I seem
Sitting on every detail
Every word

While visiting Southwark
I met a variety of characters
From different means of life
With different perspectives on the world

Looking innocent has its advantages
It gives me a leeway
To invade other’s privacy
And extend the truth to the edge of fabrication

Have you ever questioned a storyteller?
We all seem friendly
We talk highly of everyone we meet
Until we dive deeper into their secrets

The Squire
Composing music is his forte
I say it sounds beautiful
And he seems fresh as the month of May

The Friar
A gossiper full of language
I hope to understand
To grasp

A Sailor
Having bad joints
From extensive labor.
He must work substantially to acquire those injuries

The Summoner
Full of white pimples
Yet drinks red wine
As red as blood

I create a story
Yet can end it all the same
I tell you what you want to hear
Not what reality presents in front of me

For life is not exciting
Without a bit of imagination.
And with my mastered poker face
It may be impossible to seek out my lies

The darkness inside us all
Can peek its head at any time
Consuming us into a downward spiral
Of lie after endless lie

So am I reliable?
We’ll just have to see.
So here comes a story
Told by me.
I wrote this a long time ago for an LA project on Canterbury Tales. It was from the narrators point of view.
She left a trail,
a meteor tail
streamed
behind her
everywhere she went,
her skirt hiked up.
An aura of flowers
floated around her
pretty face,
so fresh,
blossoming.
She left no doubt
of her *** appeal.
It was real,
totally unreal,
dreamy - like.

i am
one note
short
of a
chord,
but i am
still
music
O wind she is far though
in thy blow whisper to her
to find me on the horizon's glow
read heart's script on the first star!

O wind when thou pass by her
ask if she sings the old song
its notes make her eyes blur
aching for the lover missed for long!

O wind when thou play on her hair
and she feels the touch of my hand
strum the tune softly in her ear
I'm pining in a faraway land!

O wind when her cheeks thou kiss
wet them with thirsty lips' touch
speak to her my only dying wish
to let her know I loved her very much!
