Dark Jewel
Stars in the meadow,
Cascading down into the willow.
Precious memories,
All around thee,
Bark of the willow.
The love of a fallen tree.

Dark Jewel
Walking along snow,
As footprints of old.
Travel doth a print show.

Howling along the wind,
Winter wolf.
Alone.

Suddenly speak,
Growl to eat.

Winter wolf hunts,
Along the ravine.

Howling snow,
Blanketing the forest below.
Waves of white,
Dusting the darkest light.

Winter wolf,
Howl unto the moon.
Befriend a pack,
To call your home.

Winter wolf,
whose paws print the snow.
Travel doth those prints show.

Winter wolf,
Travel far and wide.
Moving miles a day,
Sometimes nights.

Winter wolf,
Untamed and gallant tis thee.
Howling unto the moon.
That derives itself the king.

Winter wolf,
Move the land.
Travel far and wide.
Find your mate.

Create a pack,
Howl together.
Within the Frozen wasteland,
Of a snowy tundra..

Dark Jewel
To those who wait,
Wait for a lullaby.
Singing soft tunes.

Wait under the covers,
They will be there soon.
To those who wait,
Wait to hear Heaven Cry.

Wait to hear her songs high.
To those who wait....

A maze stood upon high ground emerald plains
made of fire, stones and grey haze.

A dark rabbit jumped in between,
searching for food, something green.

Whoever wanted to follow this rabbit black,
should be prepared to never come back.

For he leads to a merciless place,
a gaping wound in the earth,
a space that God misplaced.

Once and again, the confusion would be the wanderer's bane
into the dark sabbath of the eleventh's hour evil plane.

Together they sown
into the ruby glen
of soul's deep beyond
inside one's own.

Whatever they did, it was all in twain
in the midst of those shadow lanes
struggled they did in vain.

The fake blank faces all grew in disdain,
frowning ever so slightly upon the evil king's reign.

In the dark, in the nothingness, they got lost.
Forever forgotten in what they loved the most.

I lie down in my bed
shadows looming over my head
moonlight peers through the lonely window
the cold and the fear returning.

A wisp of darkness moves ever so slowly
my eye following the entrancing monochrome pattern
becoming something most unholy
terror hits my heart like the heaviest hammer
I scream to wake up again.

The shade smiles with a wicked grin
he waits, floating close to my face,
lingering for me..

Nightly, he comes to feast on my past sin
forgiveness is something I cannot see..

Icy grip holds my breath
as it begins our dance of death.
Gasping for tears, one thing holds true,
tomorrow night it will commence anew.
