.
She bestowed upon me her lacy favour,
     tying it about my lance,
so my fortitude should not waver,
and doubt lead me a merry dance.

She crowned me with a kiss as blessing,
     sealing it to my lips,
with grace so soft and caressing,
like a breeze touches sailing ships.

She gave to me her most cherished gift,
     surrendering up her chastity,
with joy I feel my spirits lift,
at the thought of her next to me.

She anointed her wish on my beating heart,
     so gently as to sleep,
her private desires locked deep within,
and secrets for me to keep.

if I were to lay down my glove onto your thigh
place my gauntlet upon your taut high *******
lay my ear to your chest hear your heart
tell me would you love me back?

ere the sun to warm the bed the sheets
make the warmest nest to love
together might you sink into a wet
embrace a passionate kiss

tell me tales of innocence as I
gently knead you closer
look off into the ceiling look down
when you think I am
not noticing

were the moons to multiply upon
the eastern dark sky tonight
like you and I
brightly sheen

If it was the end of the world or no
one would ever hear a word
again, might you take my hand tonight
pause the dreams of him

and for once see
I love you more than him
I have so much to give my pleas the silver rose
of sanity

oh sweetest blush again
Long lived dreams
painted with clouds
in the sky,
so vivid,
just a touch away
from her delicate fingertips,

They keep her feeling alive,
they keep her wide-eyed,
whilst the salt
from the crashing waves
spray onto her dried up lips.

A fire burns brightly
deep down inside,
but she's too numb
to feel the pain,

Through her beautiful,
innocent, tired eyes
you can see the flame.

She pushes it all aside;
in her dreams
she finds a place to hide
again.

Every day
she does the same.

Exhaling as the sun sets
each and every night,

Dying, over and over again;
reborn, time and time again,
at the sight of morning's light.

Holding her own trembling hand,
trying so hard not to lose her grip,

Balancing
on the edge
of her world,
trying so hard
not
to
fall;
she won't survive
another slip.

Listening out for answers
howling in the vicious wind,
she fails to hears anything,

Clutching hope, and faith,
praying that her love for life
will conquer everything.

She's a fighter!
Tomorrow
she will be reborn again;
from the mountain top
you will hear her sing!

Gidgette
Being the thing that I am,
borne into this world of man
A waif,
Scent of water lilly on a gypsy's cheek dancing at midnight
A song,
sung by demons under the blood moon in the month of March
A mere reflection,
In a child's tear
With the want for nothing more,
than to evaporate with the coming of the rising Sun
But the sun never rises here
and reflections don't evaporate~A

Sweetly you write it out
through your heart
which is tender beneath
the bed of stone, uncut..
rough and tough you may show
but you possess a heart of Gold!

A huge crowd thronged the temple premises
Its vicinity, already bursting in color
With people in hundreds streaming in
The young and the old clad in festal attire
With fire in their hearts n' festive sheen in their eyes
Not driven by piety, mostly to enjoy the fanfare

Festoons decorated trees that lined the compound
Colorful lamps blinked everywhere
Sacred bells, chiming intermittent
At the auspicious hour, as devotional songs rent the air
The chief deity was brought out of the shrine
And was placed on the caparisoned elephant
Accompanied by pulsating percussion ensemble
The devotees cheered witnessing the majestic entourage
Within them the fervid spring of joy swelled
Colorful umbrellas were unfurled
Drawing synchronized patterns in the air

Under the glare and noise, the heat and sweat
Amid the tumultuous beat of trumpets
And the rhythmic sounding of cymbals
The crowd swayed in psychedelic lassitude

An army of hawkers had already set up shops
Each made it a time to earn some bucks
Selling knickknacks and goodies to tempt children
From ice creams to popcorn and colorful balloons
Children ran around licking cotton candies
Some enjoyed blowing up soap bubbles
And iridescent orbs landing softly on their hair and dress

With dusk fall, the ceremonious fire work began
The crowd stood aghast at the pyrotechnic display
Scintillating colors and confetti of sparks painted the sky
Shooting spears rose high and fluorescent rainbow colors
Came dancing down, fire wheels swiveled on the ground
Deadening roar of crackers and thunderous blast of *****
Tore the sky announcing the sleepy world;
‘It was once again festival time for the people to rejoice
The festivals usually conducted in the summer season are occasions of great rejoicing for the people. The long line of caparisoned elephants, colorful umbrellas and the fire works attract tourists from far and wide.
