a man waves to them

quarrel over some pebbles
their mothers watch on

fall on old wooden benches
the park is empty

The crow on the roof
surveys its usual domain
It has not eaten

Under the lamplight
a boy is kissing a girl
watched only by stars

Dreams from the ocean.
It hurts to talk.
Living is the strangest concept.

Gleaming morning dew
Kisses the flowers awake
Intimate mornings

your unspoken words
sang our love, that my eyes have
slowly recorded.

non-conformist
life-- a land of what if's
a romantic death

Being overweight
Is no awful tragedy
So get used to it.

Obesity is
Not in the beholder's eye:
It's in your blubber.

Your white velvet soothes
When the magnolias bloom
Heat parches our lips

The junk in my trunk?
Take some instruction, take aim,
teach me a lesson.
