You are no longer bound to your past,
or to anything or anyone that made you cry.

You are no longer bound to your mistakes,
to your actions or to the way you speak.

You are no longer bound to ask forgiveness,
or to seek approval or ask chances.

Remember that you are bound for greater things:
for travel trips, good education and more than flings.

You are bound to live a life that lights others.
You are bound to share your dreams and aspirations.

So get out now from your cave,
because you my little angel is what the world need.

Just breathe and be free
Let's fight depression together!

These are things he meant to say,
But he never did, any day,
"I was married, by the way,"
"But not to you," he didn't say,
The other woman, did he sigh?
"But I loved you, passing by!"
These are things he meant to say.
But he never did, any day.....
Feedback welcome.

I bite my lip and
twist the corners of
my shirt over and
over again
tap my feet and
run my hands through
my curtain of hair

My chest contracts
and I feel so
suppressed and
awakened as if
just at this moment
I crawled out of my
rock and caught a
glimpse of the daylight

I'm trying so hard
to keep the crazy
different and expanding
thoughts together because
I know they're brilliant
but they have yet to be
spoken aloud or told

but it's difficult when
you're surrounded by
demanding flawed
people who are good
people but who will never be
able to see the true
hidden wonders of the
world

like how it isn't such
a simple place to run
or live in or make up
but a place filled with
hidden treasures and
different people of a kind
who will one day come
out and unite all our
extraordinary ideas

and I swear to myself
that I will live to contribute
to that day and it will
all have been worth it
in the end because
some sacrifices exist
towards the end of time
for the greater universe
that will be brought into
existence built upon
our soulful bones and
willful shoulders and
extraordinary ideas.

I'd like an explanation please,
If you wouldn't care to take the time
Tell me why I drink so much
And feel life isn't worth a dime

Please, take just a few seconds
Realise I'm sending out a plea
I'll pay you for your time,
If you'll just listen to me

Understand my whispers
Are really hidden screams
Reality is so visceral
But nightmares replaced my dreams

Tears have turned to blood
In the ocean they drown
No matter the number of prayers
My soul remains hell bound

Please explain this darkness
Why the sun will never shine
And why it is that I give
But no heart will ever be mine

Can you sit with me a moment
And not see the ugly I hide
Just speak of smiles and truth
Could you kindly abide?

And when the sun passes
over this weeping tree
When the dark of night takes over
Could you just maybe remember me?

Us souls at once reduced to silence
And forced upon a granted purity.
Our recycled bones of dust,
And bruised lips that intertwine
Words unspoken.
Words that provoke ones burning veins
And sets the calm in a sea of fury.
How we all do crave to be somewhat saved.*

The day I lost the lottery I didn't shed a tear.
I went home and screamed "*******" till my voice was lost
and till blood spilled out my ears.

The day I lost the lottery I believe I lost my mind.
I ignored every emotion in my ******* head
And stabbed my heart and threw it through the grind.

The day I lost the lottery I truly thought my life was through.
Because the day I lost the lottery,
It was the day that I lost you.

Spring clothes the Earth in silk of green
And parades her in a rare sheen
Summer gifts the plants with bloom
And causes the bees to hum and zoom
Autumn makes the leaves yellow
And blesses the season with fruits mellow
Winter brings hail and snow
With icy winds that blow and blow
Now as one round of seasons is about to complete and another to begin afresh, this is a thought over the seasons in their bare simplicity! So short that you can read it in a split second without batting an eyelash!

these shallow glimpses we share
as days grow long
the scattered thoughts swirl and bury themselves
in crevices of this old house
to be re-awakened perhaps
when we are many years gone
what can we salvage of this eternal bond
while the Sun buries itself behind the Oak
that we've watched grow from the kitchen window
since the days when our hair was thick and dark
and the smell of fresh cut wood was present
what words can I say to bring tears to your eyes
tears that would come from but a glimpse
that shouted my fervent love
we are captives of our timeless, undying, unwavering hearts
yet all that remains of this diminishing soul
would disperse like the final slivers of light
should I lose you
