Amitav Radiance
Seek refuge in the soul
When ousted from all shelters
Life spilled out in the open
For all to make a mockery
The one’s who have enough problems
Laziness to mind one’s own fort
Gathered here to tear down
All the little sanctity you have left
Talking about morals
Spreading the pathetic immorality
Trying to **** you to the nadir
Carrying wide chasms themselves
Standing far apart from heart and soul
Never to meet in this lifetime
They take a plunge into the unknown
To chastise the outer world
Souls are on fire, heart’s chambers locked
Suffocating within
With all the billowing smoke
Creating a haze around the behavior
Anger fuels the raging inferno
Urging everyone around to burn you
Surrounded by an unkind world
Seek refuge in your soul
Safe haven from the raging insensitivities
in that lane least trod
by light glaring broad
up the window evergreen
never outgrowing her teen
shaking waves of her curl
waves merrily the girl

a little bit surprised
i look deep in her eyes
and oh what a joy
find there a wonder boy!

Amitav Radiance
Rush not to her door
And startle her from slumber
Among her dreams
She treads with languid steps
Her heart beats softly
Soaking in the radiance
Unwrapping herself with ease
Letting herself bare
To grandeur of the landscape
Immaculately manicured garden
Golden rays welcome her
With open arms
Follow her footsteps
Lightly as they kiss the ground
Not aware of your presence
She’s yearning for you
Waiting for you to sneak in
And occupy here lonely chambers
Fill her life with your aroma
Rejuvenating the dreams
To become a constant reality
Rush not to her
She whispers her innermost feelings
To the trusted winds
Convey to you, the famed words
A celebration awaits the souls
As soon as you enter her dreams
Unaware of your presence
You take your time
Her door shall open for you
And there you both will be
For love’s till eternity
Dreams become a reality
the magpie stole my pen

then flapped its wings
to hide it fast
so i couldn't see it again.

i ran up the staircase

so i could see
how far could flee
in blue's cool embrace.

the day had a golden hue

up the roof
wind blew aloof
the sky said i need you.

birds were dazzled white

made pleasured cry
soared to high
stole my all eyelight.

cheerily swayed the tree

cute green leaf
in disbelief
saw me carefree.

the magpie called me then

now i bet
you don't regret
my stealing away your pain.

Why do us poets
always let these jerks
who do not even
have an atom
of creativity
decide the value
and level
of our creativity?

ES.

Given that us
but meek poetic folk
have a humbleness
to our line of yolk
we permit these ignorant jerks
a liberal latitude
to openly express
their aimless platitudes

SBN.

Why do us poets
fall for the trends
and applause
it occasionally brings
knowing full well
it is all merely ephemeral
and what is permanent
is our depression so dismal?

ES.

We are cajoled
by the transient ovation
which resounds with much
brevity in its adulation
thence follows our
despondency of wretchedness
that descends into
a despairing grimness

SBN.

When will us poets
ever decide
that we do not care two hoots
for cheap popularity
and that our creations
are too valuable really
for some **** to **** on them
and make and mostly break them?

ES.

Oh for us true poets
to be admired with a fervent zeal
by those jerks who've
not a scrap of poetic appeal
unto us they can
dollop their excrement pile
for we shall surpass them
with our flash penning style

SBN.

So let us take in our hands
our own poetic destiny
lets write on time's shifting sand
and ensure our poetic integrity

There's a friend I know, I think his name is Joe
Though between us are thousands of Miles of Space
Together we Battle Dragons, Wielding Elfin Swords
Forged at the Beginning of time, in a Forgottten Place
Antique Relics they Be,  Still are a lot like Him and Me
Their Jewels shine, and Graven Marks are Dark and Deep
The legends ne'r we tell, of troll Heads we Split and Fell
Or Carried each in swoon, for Elfin healings of our Wounds
And sharing Elfin Wine, The Pleasure of these Folks we find
Till on the road we go, and so far apart You'ld Never Know...Shamus
An Homage to my Friend Joe Cole.....
