Last words are for weddings and for funerals,

But in a weird and cruel way,

Love can be both.

Hi there, how are you
I'm happy you stopped by
I really like the poems
you've been writing

You worded them so nice,
the phrases made me smile
I read them and my thoughts
begin igniting

I learn so many things,
from your creative work
You've taken me to places
I’ve not seen

The endings were superb,
your stanzas so enchanting
I felt as if I slipped
into a dream

You touched my lonely heart,
while I just sat here reading
Hoping when I did
it would inspire

So I could write like you,
express a thousand feelings
About this special woman
I desire

For I am so in love,
she makes my body tingle
More beautiful than I’ve
seen anywhere

And when I kiss her lips,
completely mesmerizing
Like heaven sent an angel
down to share

My life is not the same,
whenever she is with me
To hold her in my arms,
it feels so good

So thank you for your words,
the poems you’ve been posting
They help me out just like
I hoped they would

Now I am off to read
some more amazing poems
That I now find are scattered
on this site

And thanks for stopping by,
you wondrous hello poets
Keep writing and I wish you all
good night
I learn something every day from all of you amazing poets on this site. Thank you so much for your words and inspiration. I appreciate each and every one of you.

Dear Patient,

Here’s the prescription
I promised to write
Just like any doctor might do

An extended leave
A southern location
A room with a beautiful view

A candlelit dinner
Moonlight and roses
A bottle of chilled chardonnay

Romantic music
Soft summer kisses
Sending your worries away

The one of your dreams
An evening together
Love on a warm summer night

A sunrise good morning
Breakfast in bed
Satin sheets woven in white

A day in the sun
Drinks on the river
Affectionate moments for two

Take all you need
There’s no expiration
Unlimited refills for you

Signed,
Your Poetic Physician
Am not asking you for a lifetime
I just need a minute, cause
a minute with you is eternity
When birds cease to fly
When eyes cease  to cry
When butts cease to sit
When hearts cease to beat
when the nimbus cease to rain
When wounds cease to pain
When hinges cease to swing
When bees cease to sting
When snow cease to chill
When scars start to heal
When  romantics cease to fall
When humans lose the soul
When flowers cease to bloom
When Sadness brings no gloom
When brides have no groom
When the economy ceases to boom
When drums cease to sound, and the globe, round
When another passion's found
And your beauty's ceased to astound
I'll find another, trust me I'll do
and totally forget about you
thoughts about you do haunt
For you have my heart but someday soon you won't
There was a time I'd die for you...
A time I'd take bullets for you...
But now, now I can even rot
for you... it's always and
always
will be you...
You mumble on about friendship

You call your self a friend

Lies after lies and I accept it and trust them

My life filled with lies

Fake people fake thoughts fake friendships

Used people  love the word the way they don't see they do

People  care people love
But the trick is

When your down and have nothing they take and run as far as possible

You bring your self up get your place every one all of a sudden  talk and make you think they are your friends

It's funny how I've noticed I hate humans

~
If I run from the other side of the earth
And you run from the other half of it
And then we meet somewhere in between or in the end,
Does we prove that the world is round?

Love, i'd rather believe this,
So that you can't run away from me
My love will be just right inside the circle
No escape,  just a cycle, round and round

~

Imagine if the earth is flat,
If I walk away to the south
And you walk away to the north
How can we see each other again?
