She peeled her oranges today,
actually for years,
but this isn’t about oranges.

She holds things together,
piece by piece, peel by peel,
grown used to her hands
and the strength they reveal,
but this isn’t about oranges.

It feels strange when another
reaches out, offers to peel,
to see past the layers,
the parts that are real,
but this isn’t about oranges.

She learns self-reliance,
but maybe it’s true,
that letting someone help
doesn’t make her less, but new,
and again, this isn’t about oranges.

So here’s to the balance,
to peeling her own,
yet knowing it’s okay
not to do it alone.

Because, in the end,
this isn’t just about oranges.

Both our eyes have tears on cue
Let's make this easy
I miss you
You miss me
Civil talking or wild yelling
**** it, just tell me the same thing

I figured it out
People just want to be hot peppers

Peppers are spicy which pushes people away
But their flavor is enough for people to stay
People still love them
cook with them
Eat them
They even learn to love their spice
Just existing is enough to suffice

People just want to be hot peppers
Their “flaws” are loved
People love them for it sometimes
Their wonderful flavors appreciated

People just want to be hot peppers
There are some who can't handle them
Which is normal if you're alive
But despite those haters
They still thrive
I am not going to swear
Yes, your smile is a poem
I am saying: je t'aime
I love you with ardor
With all my strength and force
Yes, I'm all right and not lost
Your smile is absolutely beautiful
And you are unbelievably wonderful
When I see you, I am energized
I am extremely happy to rise
To the great occasion and to be inspired
By your style and your proper attire
Nikkie, I don't like to prevaricate or to swear
Your smile is a gorgeous poem
That I wrote and edited
Your smile is a precious poem
That I loved and recited
Yes, Chérie je t'aime
I can no longer carry or bear
These powerful inner feelings
I discretely brought you a few rings
I hope one day that I will be able to relinquish them
To you, without seeing my love wrecking the dam
The barrier, the boundary, the door, anything on the way
Yes, where there is a will, there exists a pathway
Darling, your smile is an amazing poem
And I am relieved to say: je t'aime
I love you dearly, ich liebe dich, ti amo, te quiero
Yes, I'm inspired; I can feel the sacchariferous arrow.

I wonder if you ever grin
when you hear my name.
The same way I do

Our first encounter,
were all sentiments of you.

You are my favorite dream,
Though surely, won’t come true…

I admire you quietly.
In my mind, I replay our conversation
and put special meaning on it.
Maybe there’s a deep connection
Perhaps, but not in reality.

I began my day like everyday,
And the night came then;
It reminded me of my loneliness,
Fear enveloped me with closeness.
My heart was pounding,
The pain was never-ending.
I forgot that love existed,
Wanted my suffering ended.
Nothing felt at home,
I wanted everything long gone.
Things scared me to death,
Though i wanted it with no regret.
Ended the night,
And I Began my day like yesterday.
