Crisp fresh cool air
The spring forest breathes
Lost spirits roaming free
An old gypsy caravan haunts
The darkened woods of time forgotten
Holding shadows of dark dreams
Flashes of what has been

Curses still linger
Cast by a young witch disrupted
And long passed on…

In haste a charmed mistress spoke
Compelling words, love was lost
Behind her magical eyes, all her pain
Lingers within the forest of her birth…

In the night her presence is stronger
The wolf's eyes glow in passion red
Such dread I sense when I draw near
And greet the ghosts of yesteryear...

Two rough looking fellows
On their way down

In their vehicle was found...
A feeling of sadness
Because that was once me
Oh how twisted
City life can be...
And then a young mother
I've been her before
A broken ******
With love at the core...
A slave to madness
Chasing a rush
Strange how fast a life
Down the toilet can flush!

the cadence of soul
beat box of rhythm

primitive passion
arising romance

of both hemispheres
intuitive and sensing
perception unaware
emotion in motion
routed in love
I am below
sent from above

Love unspoken
Tends to waver
A few warm moments
A few special favors
Even as the good friend
Or the teacher's pet
Acceptance may be
All you get
So when and if
I decide to show it
Unspoken or not
   Now you know it...

The world around me, so lost in chaos
I wonder what this day shall bring
Perhaps tragedy or heart throbbing sorrow
Perhaps plan old-fashioned suffering

I wonder where you’ll be tomorrow
For today I’m forced to let you go
The center of my world's gone missing
Deeper than my Poet soul

I send these messages via telepathy
And hope someway that you might hear
I send my love via angels
Who touch my pain and disappear

Vanished now our unresolved love
Broken now my forgotten soul
All my knowledge and all my wisdom
All adds up to letting go...

You are not alone
In your pain
All your understanding
Has been contained

Open your eyes
Beyond what you see
Forget what you think you know
And just try to breathe

Woven into the fabric of consciousness
Are the assumptions of reality
And the deception of imagination
But mostly a need to survive
Put down the knives
And walk outside

  Of another multi
Universal conundrum

Beneath the surface darkness dwells
Upon the earth where false gods fell

Behind strange eyes still it shows
Warmth and kindness or wicked soul

Guilt and pain drives down deep
Piles of issues forged to keep

'Til that special day our world explode
And upon our hearts hate takes its toll...

I can only deduct
It is not our's to keep
Provided by the sun
The particles of the meek

I can only conclude
I'm riding on a wave
Paddling in different directions
Sifting through the haze

I can only decipher
My thoughts in simple words
Weaving through this emptiness
Connected to this earth

We can only dream of
That which we cannot be
Free from these stages
Of human suffering

How I long for
Your acceptance.

Mesmerized by a long forgotten melody
Spellbinding this haunting familiar sound
Reminds me of the victim I used to be
It strikes an emotion that brings me down

Unfathomable these pulsating rhythmic electric vibes
That make up the hidden parts that keep us alive
Reaction that cause us to revisit tragic memories
Which don't seem to have any quick remedy

Sounds, smells and things we see
Dramatic experiences are also triggers and keys
There are many ways through the unconscious realm
Such as lucid dreams and hypnotic spells

Displaced aggression, confused emotions
Inappropriate behavior, addictive devotions
All stem from unresolved issues of life so bitter
Stored in gray matter by chemical transmitters

But I have yet to mention the infamous soul
Which we place our hope in as our bodies grow old
A ghost that exists beyond that which can be measured
And holds the mysteries of life's greatest  treasures...

I'm not willing to chance it,
casting judgements through my eyes.
I hold my observations
so as to keep my heart alive.
Sure,
I've been through hell and back,
as much as I could take.
Still I refuse to let hell take from me
the reason I escaped.

I won't condemn the blind,
nor the folly's of the meek.
Besides..
Casting judgement is an indication
that karma will repeat.

Every ring needs a leader
He's not a "con man" just a cheater

Hard yet young and tender

Early morn my queen of ****
The pictures in my mind
Of you in lace, I still can taste

In demonic dance we did enchant
The chalice of our youth
We consumed the lust of angel’s dust
And dined on honeydew

Am I just another face in your clouded sky
An obscure vapor formation passing by?
Perhaps my desires are the same as yours
Beyond your horizon I would explore

Does human morality have you tethered?
Even I fare well in stormy weather...
My experiences span from fables to lies I fabricate
From animosities to the need to re-tolerate

I love this life, its magical spells
I was forged in Heaven and raised in Hell
I am all these things and so much more

Full-moon fever dreams
Excites the restless ocean tides
Demonic fables of worlds unstable
Deemed impossible, still they arrive...

Was I the first to know, the first to hide
Forced to seek refuge beyond my pride
Darkness with fangs under my bed
Screams that echo within my head...

Outside my window, when I'm alone
The willow tree dances, howls and moans
As if to mock my hope for reprieve
While the goblins of gloom slowly break free...

No escaping this nightmare that plagues this land
From frightened young boy, to desperate old man
I heard a thump, my heart skipped a beat
Some tiny demons cried out "Trick Or Treat!"

Oh my, that's right, it's Halloween Night!!!

The dynamics of balancing
The euphoric state of wonder
Time is the essence of illusion
Forged in false hopes asunder

Feed me, the darkness cries
Choking on reality, starving for lies
See god's breath in a December's chill
Frozen spokes in an eternal wheel

The mind's eye aimlessly stares
The spirit within thinner than air
The enlightened soul holds its own
I think, so therefore my thoughts roam

Hold me not in my belief

Touch and taste but don't confuse
Let thy myth be thy muse

The door lies open within the dream

Have you ever seen a ghost
Home alone at night

We define things which others cannot describe
We hear the whispers from the other side
Restless voices

So safe and sound
At least we pretend

The days shall we rest

And there a stain

Will never part!

On a path
Few of us knows
Where southern winds
Swiftly blow
Mother earth
Greets the sky
There at her feast
Of these primal beast
The imagination
Becomes alive

There's a whisper of relief
By the skin of our teeth
As stars in the night align
And so comes the truth

On my porch
Under a light

A place for gathering falling stars

Politics they never trend
Fantasy certainly

Western hegemony
A fire out of control
Imperialistic goals
The secret coup
The crippling fall
Forfeiture of resources
Loss of civil law

A cold wind blowing
It's simpler to be blind

I never dreamed I'd become
Free of life’s meddlesome's
Yet here I am

Your silence
Is sometimes quite loud
I would relieve your torment
But I'm not sure how

I don't like compromises
So I fake 'em
I hate commitments
So I break 'em

The world ran me down
Then ran me over
I'm not trying to be right
And I don't want to be sober...

If you feed me the truth
I will swallow
If you carry the torch
I will follow
But if you fall on your knees
At the wall of deceit
I will leave you right there
Where you wallow

Thawed from her icy stare
Her subjects gather
To bid repair

We were once golden
Amongst the evergreens
This energy of consciousness
Is an infectious fiend

Beckoning the call
Break free from the one
And beyond forgiveness
For all we have done

She sweeps across the open sea
To seal the final bet
But you better believe
There's still gold
   Amongst the evergreens yet...

I found a secret behind your eyes
A carefree child ready to fly
As I pondered the possibilities, I felt your touch
Never could I have imagined such...

In the quietness of my docile mind
You dance on the edge of time
In the eve of adulteration
My star shines bright in your constellation
On the wings of passion we shall fly away
On a bed made of dreams we shall lay...

Where are you now my invisible other
Who shares your loving under those covers
It makes no matter for I am your song
Your one and only soul mate
Though I've been gone
The day draws near that it will ignite
We shall be one in all of love's might...

I can see
From good to evil
I have to make those choices
Everyday
A glass of water or a six pack
Shake it off
Or chase those blues away

I fled the cave
Of voiceless shadows
To know the other side
The path beyond
The supernatural
A light that heals
The restless mind...

The poetry was flowing
But not through his poem
It flowed through his eyes
On into her soul
His words they whispered
Tears down her tired cheeks
She bathed in his passion
   And his darkness she reaped...
