Little Bear
something in me aches
you know?
i just can't figure it out
so i lay in the grass
looking at the blue
above

and this ache

this ache
sinks

sinks
deep

deep
into the ground

allowing peace
a gentle peace
to take it's place

and the blue sky
above
tells the truth
to the
brown eyes
below

a
softly
softly
unraveling
truth

and i feel

from the
brown earth
beneath
to the
blue sky
above

it
is
love

I am the keeper of the key
To your deepest wants and needs
All you need is ask of me
I will gladly set them free

I will open up the jar
The one kept tight inside your heart
If you've lost sight of what it's for
I'll bring it out to where we are

That's what I was meant to do
In this life for only you
And I will stand upon that truth
In speaking me, in love with you
My compassion and my contempt are always at war with each other.
I want to cut human kind with a blade and stitch together the wound I had created.
Sitting in Gods palm I asked him the question of why I am this way,
And he said it was because I was created in his image.

Depression is...
Drowning but watching everyone breathe
Playing hide and go seek; never to be found
Acting; but not for a play
Depression is me losing my mind behind closed doors
Depression is digging my grave
I have become depression,
**You're next...

Depression isn't when you know
That everything around you
Is going wrong
and you feel sad,
Depression is when you know
That everything around you
Is going right
And you still feel you sad.

Hello Common Sense
I keep wondering how long it's been
No idea of where you went
Sure am missing you my friend

Did you have enough of us
Catch the nearest goodbye bus
See you later, wish you luck
You're going to need it very much

Common Sense is it to late
To try and correct the mistakes we've made
Any way to way lay
The darkened day you went away

Now here we are out on our own
Feeling the pressures of all alone
Common Sense could you please come home
We're not doing so well since you've been gone

Night equals day equals night;
The march of hours pauses,
poised in tranquility
as the waning season cedes
to its successor -
with each passing day spinning
like a cosmic pirhouette
whirling about the solar axis.

The oracle of autumn
prophecies the coming snow and ice.
So we gather in our grain
and fire up a *** of tea
to share before the hearth.

The solstice descends upon us
as we burrow in with friends and kin.
But even as the frozen ground
crackles beneath our boots,
we trust the ever-whirling earth
to stretch the days once more
and raise spring flowers from their sleep.

Lately my mind has been
playing ***** tricks on me,
confusing what's been true and
what's occurred while in my dreams
I catch myself pondering
over all that's in my head
Did that really happen
or was I sound asleep in bed?
This notion truly frightens
my whole being to the core,
'cause what if my nightmares
become the life I must endure?

Maybe Existence is wave after wave
Reaching out into infinity.
Perhaps We are All
The eyes, ears, skin and tongue
Of The One.
So that S\he may experience
Life
Existence
Consciousness.

Soul after soul is born
To carry on the torch:
Infinity of souls.
And no matter what happens to those souls
The One Remains
Into Eternity.

Our job is simple:
To see, hear, touch and taste
For the One
And learn as much as we can
Of what it’s all about.

Been thinking again.
