The Sunni minority were marginalized

Sectarian killings were commonplace
In 2012 alone,
There were more than 1,600 deaths

The interviewer talked to a motorcycle gang
They said they wanted freedom

But some said they missed the way things were
Under Saddam Hussein
Some would trade the freedom they had
For the stability of Hussein's regime

The Shiah cleric
Says there is an assault on Iraq
Exemplified by the copying of corrupt Western culture.

The cleric wanted to eliminate American influence
Of any kind

Checkpoints make getting
Around the city a hassle

Subcultures in Iraq are under attack
Rap, metal, emo, and classical
All are looked down on

Gays are persecuted

The military uses a faulty device
That is supposed to detect bombs
But has been proven not at all effective

The city exists between extremes
There is the religious extreme
And people who want to be westernized
Without understanding what that is

The infrastructure was ruined by the war
Hopefully life will get better
As they continue to rebuild the infrastructuree

The skilful masters (of the Tao) in old times, with a subtle
and exquisite *******, comprehended its mysteries, and were deep
(also) so as to elude men’s knowledge. As they were thus beyond men’s
knowledge, I will make an effort to describe of what sort they
appeared to be.

Shrinking looked they like those who wade through a stream in
winter; irresolute like those who are afraid of all around them; grave
like a guest (in awe of his host); evanescent like ice that is melting
away; unpretentious like wood that has not been fashioned into
anything; vacant like a valley, and dull like muddy water.

Who can (make) the muddy water (clear)? Let it be still, and it
will gradually become clear. Who can secure the condition of rest?
Let movement go on, and the condition of rest will gradually arise.

They who preserve this method of the Tao do not wish to be full (of
themselves). It is through their not being full of themselves that
they can afford to seem worn and not appear new and complete.

Which lake they were pictured in

Seal Man Update (Part Two)
Matt Apr 2015
On October 17, 2006, President Bush signed into law, the John Warner Defense Authorization Act. The law allows the President to declare a “public emergency” at his own discretion, and place federal troops anywhere throughout the United States. Under this law, the President also now has the authority to federalize National Guard troops without the consent of Governors, in order to restore “public order.” The President can now deploy federal troops to U.S. cities, at will, which eliminates the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act.

This means the president holding office will control everything, including the arrest of whomever he deems threatening. All communications are controlled, all media is controlled and now the president controls DHS, the military and police.

All the joint training we are seeing between the military and police leading up to Jade Helm, it's a qualification, the police and sheriff departments are being qualified for federalization. Personnel have to be qualified first, before they can participate in joint operations (signed off). This is how the system works.

Also, the other reason for this is for tracking and supply. The government uses specific forms that are entered into the logistics and supply system. If everyone is federalized, the system runs smoothly, because everyone is government document/program number approved and recognized by the same system, not an off shoot agency that require more work to track and less benefits when supplying personnel and units.

Crops In Trouble
Matt Jul 2015
I have lived in this area for the better part of my 66 years on this earth. Most years we have a garden. This year is no exception. Strange weather has taken it's toll on the plant life. I have never seen such a sorry growing season as this one. Squash and cucumber plants have all died!! Tomato plants are spindly, and most tomatoes rot before they can be harvested. We have to pick them green and let them ripen on the windowsill. The same for the pepper plants. Normally, at this time we have an abundance, and are able to share with neighbors. Not this year! The other day we went to a local Amish farm stand that we frequent. Their stand should be brimming full of produce. They had maybe 25% of normal. It was sobering, to say the least! They had no squash, as theirs also died. They didn't have much of anything. Their fields look as bad as our garden! The only crop that seems unaffected is the (most likely GMO) corn - which is doing great!

Flowers are faring no better. In years past there has been an abundance of butterflies, as we plant flowers that attract them. So far we have only seen one or two butterflies!!! The flowers that attract them are a sorry looking lot. We have an almond tree, which the local squirrel's enjoy in the fall. We noticed a frantic squirrel the other day, devouring the not yet ripe almonds. The way the plants are looking, this area will be blessed to have any vegetables or flowers left in August. No way will any make it until fall!

We have also noticed a return of buzzards. At our local park they are now everywhere again. They are not afraid of people or other animals. They will let a human get as close to three feet from them before they move away. So arrogant! They seem to know that they are soon to partake of a feast, as "where the carcass is, the vultures gather". So says Jesus. Walking our five dogs past them was rather creepy.

The local health department says bird flu is heading to this area by September. The Delmarva peninsula is home to many, many poultry farms - including Perdue, and supplies much of the mid- Atlantic and beyond, with poultry and eggs. It looks like we are heading into a fall/winter of shortages. I hope everyone has heeded the watchman's warnings - as if not - time is just about up!

I pray that each of the Lord's people will be able to endure to the end. May Lord Jesus bless all who are his!

Shalom, Dolores

This poem was written by the heart, and for the heart. If you stay in touch with your heart, then hope persists. If you lose touch with your heart, although it might still beat, you're far from being alive! Deep down within, lie the answers to all things. Deep within resides the medicine that mankind will forever be in need. It is the saving grace for humanity on planet earth. Collectively, mankind's only "backup" for nobility to ultimately save the Day--When that Day needs saving!

I was chatting in an adult chat
As I often do

Jerking off
As no woman wants to touch me
Sad but true

I like to pretend to be a mean beautiful woman there
Stroking happily without a care

30f4insecurefem my screen name reads
Who knows where the next chat will lead

I started talking to a woman who was insecure
She had some emotional baggage, that's for sure

I invited her to a private chat with my friend Jen
Gorgeous girls we are
I had pictures to prove it
We are both 10s

I encouraged Alyssa to not give up
To put down the oreos and maintain a strict diet

She thanked us and seemed happy

But Jen my friend (I was typing as Jen too)
She is the bad part of me and you
She told Alyssa to state her weight

A couple of times
5'4 171
Alyssa told us

Alyssa was quiet
I have a feeling she did not feel that great

Why was I first kind and supportive
And then mean?
Roleplaying as these women
Strange it seems

In the end Alyssa I'm just like you
Inside a body I cannot change
Painful but true

I lifted weights my whole life
Never got big or strong!
Still a lanky guy
What I said to Alyssa was wrong

But she messaged me
She wanted to chat

I asked her if she was looking at the oreo again
Please stop eating
It's a terrible sin

I told her she was a good person

When I was young I wanted to be strong
Lifted weights constantly all day long
Ended up damaging the muscle tissue some
I don't think a woman will ever want to see me ***

Now I can't be big or strong
No matter much I lift
Still a lanky guy
****-- ****!

I just want to meet some women or have a good time
But the only way I can talk to women is online

So be strong Alyssa
You have to be
I was cruel, but the world has been cruel to me

Say a prayer you'll be okay
And go on to fight another day
Spending too much time talking online.  I guess it's because I spend so much time alone.  I am like Alyssa in a way.  She is unable to stop eating.  I am unable to stop *******.  She tries to lose weight and can't.  I try to get a better body and can't.

I watched
Those ex-military Brits
Go on an expedition

They climbed Mandela
A 15,000 foot mountain
In New Guinea

They had to travel
Into unexplored territory

They were there
On a tourist passport

Even the local tribes
Could not give them too much
Information
About where
They were going

They found
Four or five porters
From a local village

One kind hearted man
They named him "Superman"

He spoke one of the dialects
Of The first tribe they encountered

They spotted boys across
The river
Picking berries

And then the elders came
They explained to these tribal leaders
Their mission

They told them to leave their land
Or they would be dead in the morning

They were moving into unchartered territory
The cannibalism had stopped completely in some
Of the tribes in the 50's
Others still maintained that practice into the 70's

They journeyed farther into the jungle
Heavy packs

And they had to carry two sets of gear
One for the jungle
And one for the mountain terrain

Hardy Brits they were
Rugged too!

One a retired Royal Marine
Who was more accustomed
To carrying a heavy pack

The other a retired tank commander
They had been on many expeditions together

One suffered from a type of trenchfoot
Oh the wet conditions!
And leeches too were a nuisance

They left most of their food at
A storage dump
And took four days supply
As they scouted ahead
They were down to just nine bananas

Only the local "Superman"
Would accompany them
Were they were going
The other porters stayed

They came across a family
In a house on stilts
In the middle of the jungle

And my you should have seen
The look of shock on their eyes
As they peered down on those Brits!

They were tapping their heads
And pointing to the sky

The coming of the white man
Their guide told them
That to them this could mean
The end of the world

The Brits and their guide
Mimicked their gestures
And bowed to them on their knees
To show they meant no harm

One villager in the home
Pointed a bow
At one of our courageous travelers

They decided it was best to turn back
Better not to end up as part
Of the evening stew after all

They finally reached the foot of the mountain
And the porters were not sure
If these men had the strength
To summit the 15,000 foot mountain

They were weary from making their way
Through the jungle
The struggling with heavy packs

The porters had often built bridges
Out of sticks
To help them cross streams

And they described what a simple
Type of living it was
Their comrades the porters
Helped them accomplish the task

And enjoyed helping them too

They did reach the summit
And one shouted, "bullocks"
Just for the fun of it

They had grown beards
And had lost quite a bit of weight

One proclaimed
He knew he would be there one day
After seeing Mandela Mountain
On a map

Thank you for filming your journey
This one was en expedition
For the ages

Bless you and your comrades

    Rode the six hundred.

3
Cannon to right of them,
Cannon to left of them,
Cannon in front of them
    Volley'd and thunder'd;
Storm'd at with shot and shell,
Boldly they rode and well,
Into the jaws of Death,
Into the mouth of Hell
    Rode the six hundred.

4
Flash'd all their sabres bare,
Flash'd as they turn'd in air,
Sabring the gunners there,
Charging an army, while
    All the world wonder'd:
Plunged in the battery-smoke
Right thro' the line they broke;
Cossack and Russian
Reel'd from the sabre stroke
    Shatter'd and sunder'd.
Then they rode back, but not
    Not the six hundred.

5
Cannon to right of them,
Cannon to left of them,
Cannon behind them
    Volley'd and thunder'd;
Storm'd at with shot and shell,
While horse and hero fell,
They that had fought so well
Came thro' the jaws of Death
Back from the mouth of Hell,
All that was left of them,
    Left of six hundred.

6
When can their glory fade?
O the wild charge they made!
    All the world wondered.
Honour the charge they made,
Honour the Light Brigade,
    Noble six hundred.

Asian Lady's Pretty Smile
Matt Sep 2015
Misery is the root of happiness

Says the Tao Te Ching

I wander from place to place

My left shoulder

Larger than my right

At least I know

It's permanent now

Remember the stoic calm

I hope to meet more friends in life

Beautiful women

Please don't smile at me

Like this asian woman

I saw as I looked out

Across the offices

On the second floor

Beautiful she was

And I wonder what it would be like

Not to have an akward shoulder

To feel comfortable

In my own body

And to have a female friend

Same dull expression
Workout at gym everyday

Hear same meaningless expressions
Like "Step it up"

Please don't say that to that poor guy
Yes he was unemployed
Many people are in California

I practice the way of non striving

From time to time
I go through this life

The psychotherapist
Blah

She is gone now
A distant memory

And no
I will not contact her
Once I find a full time job
Like she suggested

That time is gone

And so the Taoist approaches life
As one meaningless moment to the next
He has not experienced
The union of man and woman

I cannot fix my left shoulder
Despite all the good physical therapy
Exercises I am doing

Why does it have to be bigger than the right

Oh well
That's life

Better to let go of all desires

Live in the present
The present moment is powerful

And that lady smiled at me
As if she could tell I was sad

I suppose so
I looked out on the horizon
As I did when I was young

Life

And Jesus will come one day
Who knows when

I hope heaven is a fun place
I just want to play golf there

And have female friends

I enjoy sweeping my home
And now I am going to pay a parking ticket
As my food digests

I am 30
And I have spent many hours
Alone

The WTC towers
Were helped brought down with explosives

Explosions going off everywhere

Explosives were at work on WTC #7
Used to start the fires that would
Be used as excuse for total collapse

Firefighter says, "There is a bomb in the building-start clearing out"

The extreme heat from the pyroclastic clouds melted every car
And ambulance in its path

Active Thermitic Material
Discovered in the dust

May God be with the families
Of those who lost their loved ones
And with those who risked and gave their lives
To help others on 9/11/2001

I put my tuna in the freezer
And it got a little chilly
With a bit of frost

Oops
Then I put
It in the microwave
And it got a little warm

I just remembered
It wasn't tuna
But Salmon

DARPAs Robots (Eek)
Matt Jul 2015
All this military technology
Kind of scary for you and me

The future is with these
Military robots
Apparently

Running 30 miles an hour
And equipped with guns
Having one come after you

Would be no fun

Many analysts feel that the greatest threat to, not only Americans, but humanity as a whole, is tied to the development of  artificial intelligence in the name of Robot soldiers. These “robot soldiers are capable of autonomous decision making in terms of carrying out their mission. They come equipped with ****** recognition software and when the subjugation and subsequent roundups of American citizens begin in earnest, these “soldiers” will be the main enforcement agents.

Thank You Alan Watts
Matt Sep 2014
He says, "Is this a stool?"

Turn it upside down and it is a wastebasket
Now it's a drum

There are no concepts
It is what it does

Anything you can use it for is what it is
A stool can be all these other things as well

Buddhism does not define
If you believe that, you are stuck with an idea
And are clinging onto it for spiritual security

You have a great laugh Alan

There is nothing you can hold onto
So man let go!

If you're enlightened you're like a dumb man
Who has had a wonderful dream

Nirvana means blow out

If you hold your breathe you lose it
Breathe out and you get your breath back

The ultimate reality is Shunyata

You don't meed any gizmos to be in the know

Every teacher of Buddhism is a debunker
He or she does it out of compassion

Loud music
Fast jerky movements

This is their "cardio"

Controlled breaths
They are out of breath

This is not
The way of Tao

A Minimal Contribution
Matt Sep 2016
My contribution
To society
Has been minimal

I live without plans
Without goals

Born into a prosperous society
Born into a prosperous family

Lazy
I suppose so, yes

I admire the workers
Of the world
Who toil
Who must toil
To eat

To put food
Into their mouths

I admire those
Who are committed
To something good

Doctors or nurses
Farmers
Whatever it may be

As for me
I hardly contribute
At all
To this society

It's just
I have no need to

Let others achieve
Let others work

The basic necessities
Of life
Have been provided

And so
I will work
Twice a week at most

There are my documentaries
They interest me

I don't need more
I'm just going to do
The minimum

Relax and rest

I'm not here
To make a big commitment

No plans
For a career
Matt Jun 2015
Would have been fun
To have been a woman

To ride a powerful black man
To feel his big 9 inch ****
****** deep inside

Ooooh yessss!!!!
Deep inside my womb

Taking his powerful shaft
In different positions

Love to be on top
Love to take it *******

I am a naughty girl, hehe

And I want to have
His child

"Please," I beg
"Put a baby inside me!"

Futuro Hand Brace
Matt Sep 2014
I wear a hand brace on my right hand
Because I banged my hand into a camera case

It was not as hard as a wooden desk
But still a little hard
So my right hand got a little sore

Of course the argument was about money
Money that I never have

It doesn't matter
Our currency will be completely worthless in a year or two
A big financial collapse is on the horizon

Just Leave Me Alone
Matt Apr 2015
I don't have a job
Just leave me alone

I don't care to work
Just leave me alone

It doesn't matter
You can't get ahead in America anymore

The dollar is worthless
Just leave me alone

I go to the mountains
I go to the golf course

Just leave me alone, alone
Alone Alone Alone

Tagatha is alone
Plain earth body
Not attractive
Breathe Deep

Expansive cosmic consciousness
Openness

I say a friendly hello to my fellow hikers
