The universe which modern science says is expanding
is partly due to our perception of it and understanding.
But into what does it expand and has perhaps to contract?
when we're only vaguely aware of what it contains intact.

I
push
at my wall
expand into the
far corners of total
conciousness yet there
are four dimensions to bind
and five senses to contend with
therefore I'm compressed in
the shape of enlongated
boxes turned onto
their corner tip
and discover
the shape
of

DIAMONDS

I read the work of another poet to have the similar idea. I don't recall who it was. It is not my purpose to plagiarize. But I have this idea that we all can be extended only so far before we are compressed again. But is that not how sparkling diamonds are made? Carbon heated 2 expansion then compressed in the Earth. Something to ponder anyway...

Contract;

In order for this business relationship to be beneficial to both parties, here is what to expect, and what I'll expect in return.

I expect you to give me attention, especially when I plead that I don't need it. I expect sweet messages sent at random that don't hold any relevancy to what we're experiencing. I expect truth, loyalty, and respect. I expect your time.

In return, you can expect being loved until you wish you had never met me in the first place, being attentively looked after but not to the point of clinginess. You'll be privy to poems, songs, and ideas penned about you frequently, and you'll never be alone. Your heart will be mine to guard and to keep not as my own but as ours. And know this; I will never leave.

Terms for this agreement are thus; time will be made for the other party. I will not have to experience a breakup over the phone because you won't make time to see me after six months of what I thought was love. We won't have to make excuses about how we're still hanging in there; if things don't work, they don't work.

And finally, we must agree to be mutually exclusive.

Under these conditions- which are for the most part immobile but are open to suggestion- and these conditions only will this business agreement be not only agreed upon but maintained. Any breach of this contract will result in...well.

Term to end: hopefully, never.

Just sign the dotted line, here.

This is what I want in a relationship. I just want to be loved the way I want to love another person. I'm so sentimental, I do better when I have someone to dote on and someone to give me attention in return. I don't really expect much, though. No one in my generation knows how to have an actual relationship that relies on being in contact with their significant other. But that's what I want. That being said, I guess I've resigned myself to not expecting full recompense from my future significant other in return, because I know that that's just not how society today works, it's not their fault. But I can hope.

It's not my party,
But it is my body.
My self worth does not lower
When the length of my dress raises above my thigh.
My opinion on whether or not I'd date you -
Well, it might come as a surprise,
But there's a positive correlation
Between your 1000 asks and my 1000 ways to somewhat politely say no.
My body is my property -
Consider it a privilege to place your hands on it.
And that slow dance,
Consider that the only gift you'll ever get from me.
Maybe you should be grateful for my presence -
Sorry my personality isn't as ****,
But my mind goes on autopilot
When I'm trying to get you to understand that
NO.
no
No
NO
Nah.
Not really.
It's not my thing.
I don't want a relationship right now.
I'd rather dance with my friends.
I'm not giving my flowers up for the rose you bought me.
No -
Actually means no.
There is no fine print.
Regardless of gender, never do anything with someone that makes you uncomfortable. Make yourself a priority.

Hello Sir,
how are you today?
We can offer you
a contract for life,
it's called
Pay As You Die.

You simply pay
in days, weeks and months,
7 days per week
or up to 31 days per month.
Simple as that.

You can also pay in advance:
365 or 366 days per year,
that's not a lot
taking under consideration
amount of time
you'll need to prepare yourself to die.

Also we can, for free,
help you to speed the things up,
you can gain a lot!

Let me know, please
are you okay with this?

Why not?

I have created a beautiful contract
between your poetry and mine
But
it was broken
when I tragically, accidentally, hopelessly ended it.
In the backroads there's a legend
By the old black hanging tree
That this is the old crossroads
Where the devil comes to me
There's nothing near, it's barren
But the tree and an old rope
It is dark, and bleak and distant
And all devoid of hope
Is this the famous crossroads
where the devil makes a deal
It depends on what you're willing
To trade and get his seal

There is a tale of Johnny
Who played and won his bet
He beat the Devil at his game
But, the Devil does not fret
For every Johnny that is lost
A million more are signed
Just look around the world and see
They just so easy for to find

The pious and believers
Pass the tree and it's ok
But, the souls who wish to trade up
Feel a reason for to stay
The Devil hears their pleas
And he comes up to their side
He brings along the contract
And then he takes them for a ride

Deals are made for money
and deals are made for fame
It doesn't matter to the Devil
He's the ruler of the game
You'll get your wish regardless
In trade he gets your soul
The only thing you need to know
Is that you are no longer whole

A contract is a contract
And redemption sets you free
But, to doublecross the devil
Isn't easy as you'll see
Johnny beat him fairly
And the Devil said that he
Will come and grab a million more
By the old, black, hanging tree.

Roses like poison,
In the folds of a Diary.
Marking every contract.

A rose for a life,
To create a death.
Unspoken bloodshed.

A rose is poison,
With thorns of words.
A service to its master.

A rose is like poison,
It makes no difference,
If you are forgiven.

A rose is set,
Your blood is mine.
The Contract begins,
Bound by Blood.
