even tho i sit here and write poems
i ll rather read them to you in song
i'm afraid to fall in love,
because what i thought was good was a heartbreaker
so if i show my true love to her
will she become m hearts taker

cause i'm tiring of being hurt
i wanna be with a woman that loves me for me
the girl i used to love has betrayed me lied
plus she doesn't care for the tears in my eyes

Again and again
Those same words you promised
you wouldn ' t say
Even when it causes us both pain
And take away laughter from the
way we play
This must be a boomerang I dare
say .

The bet is made and the cards laid
The path we must here create
The path to that place of bliss we ' ve
prayed
And away from the destination we
dread
Though we momentarily strayed
Back to the right track we ' ve
always steered.

Look with your minds eyes
And you will see the beauty of these
fields
Where true love , in wait, lies
Always ready and handy with his
shield
To fence us from tears and sties
From all our wrongs in words and
deeds.

We may ail but love always heals
Let it hurt a little
For it is a lot better than all lost

as i awaken from Heaven
there's this sound
it's no ordinary sound either
but where is it coming from

the sound is loud
but can make a person feel great
the sound is also pure
and will make a person feel calm

a sound of peacefulness
that has me took
legends say it even has a beautiful look
some seen it in person some seen them in books

as i followed the sound
i approached this place
i was shocked by it's beauty
that has approached my face

out of all these years of looking
i still can't believe
that this whole time
waterfalls were the peace of heaven i hadn't seen

for a guy who's struggled his whole life
i must say I've done great
though there's day i feel no good
because today another person gone die in the hood

For a guy who ain't barely had stuff
i must admit i found a way
so things wouldn't be so ruff
cause all that i see is a man

thats what i see
as i look into the mirror
i see the man is me
a new world order is what i wanna see

for a guy thats quite shy and barely talks
i still maintain to make friends
even if i'm a hard person to understand
i know i can make it like that was my only plan

for a guy who speaks on change
he only gets judged since people think thats lame
as i sit here and think i shake my head in shame
no body wants to be different it's like everyone wants to be the same

most girls wanna be hoes
most guys wanna be gangbangers and thugs
we should want a new world order
cause them streets ain't no love

regardless of the cheating
lies
betrayal
and pain
it's like everywhere i go i see your name

i know we are the perfect couple
i know we are meant to be
i know you are the girl for my life
as i read these prays i pray that you become my wife

right now i'm sad because this separation is just killing me
it's killing you even worse
cause i know you love me
bus as a girl i know you wanna party
have fun

those the main reasons why you don't answer my texts
a lot of people told me i can do better
at first i didn't listen now i think it's true
cause there's someone out here who is need of a man
a man who'll be there love them
care for them support them
and where ever that one special girl is
i just want you to know that i'll find you one day
and when that day comes
just know that the rest our life's will be a happy ending
as long as a long happiness forever

I wear a jacket almost ever day
To hide the little bit
Of my stomach poking out
I notice flat tummies
So I cross my arms over mine

I usually put my hair in my face
So people won't notice my dorky glasses
Sometimes I try to go without them
But its hard to see and read things

I wear a lot of makeup
As an attempt to hide the imperfections of my face
I don't like going without it because
I feel people always stare

I know everyone has things
They don't like about themselves
And you may think differently
But if you try and tell me
I end up not believing you
I think you're just lying to me
So I'll feel better about myself
